Journalist Producer Asa Eslocker was arrested outside the Brown Palace at the Democratic National Convention for pictures on public property:

You will notice that Journalist Producer Asa Eslocker was forced into the street by  police, AND THEN told that he is "impeding traffic". Police can be heard telling the others, who are filming, to "Shut it off".
