The Constitution clearly states only those born in the United States may be President:
Article. II. - The Executive Branch
Section 1 - The President
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."
It is possible to be a citizen without being a natural born citizen.
Persons who are born in Kenya are not eligible to be the President.
So what? Barack was born in Hawaii and produced his birth certificate to the public when it was questioned.

From all accounts I've read, the presented birth certificate actually belonged to Obama's sister and he adapted it for use for himself.
