Quartzsite, AZ seems to be a town out of control. Big problems are evident in the video above. The Mayor is under a recall election that happens at the end of the next month, and the city council is accused of persecuting the Mayor.
Jennifer Jones is speaking at a city council meeting open to the public and while she is speaking the council decides to stop her and while she is still talking calls for a vote on a motion to have her removed. The Mayor steps in and points out that she has been recognized to speak, but the council ignores him and has the woman removed even as the Mayor continues to object.

Mrs. Jones was exercising her right as a citizen to speak at a City Council meeting, and she had the floor. Councilman Winslow censored her by PRETENDING TO pass a motion to have her removed. This was a charade, as motions cannot even be considered while a recognized speaker has the floor.

Freedom of speech - use it or lose it
When they took away the 4th Amendment,
we were quiet,
because we were not dealing drugs.
When they took away the 6th Amendment,
we were quiet,
because we were innocent.
When they took away the 2nd Amendment,
we were quiet,
because we did not own any guns.
Now they have taking away the 1st Amendment,
and very soon,
if we continue to be quiet,
we will have no choice,
but to be continue to be quiet.
Amendment I - Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
In our life time we have seen government move from personal service and friendly advice, to disrespect, to collection oriented thuggery, to corruption, to outright criminal conspiracy.
We now see logical discourse being fined, and laws that are whatever a particular inspector says they are at any moment.
Yesterday's school play ground bully now has a badge, a tazer and a gun.
