Coalition to Nullify Obamacare

Forming a Coalition to Nullify Obamacare: Building a Database. Please submit info.
 

The Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution prohibits the federal government from making any laws governing any area that was not specifically delegated to the federal government by the Constitution. The Constitution does not authorize the federal government to make laws about health care. States have the authority, AND THE DUTY, to nullify unconstitutional federal laws. The federal government is out of control and the Supreme Court fails to protect us. The idea that the Supreme Court will protect us from the federal government is extremely naive in light of the fact that the Supreme Court is a PART OF the federal government. This is a case of "the fox guarding the hen house."

Now the federal government says that if we do not do as they say, then they will not give us back any of our own money, that they collected in taxes. What if we tell the federal government that if they violate our constitutional rights we will not GIVE THEM ANY MONEY?

Amendment X - Powers of the States and People. Ratified 12/15/1791

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

We are forming a Coalition to Nullify Obamacare. Everyone who wants to nullify Obamacare is invited into this coalition, without regard any other views that they might hold. There is no Democrat or Republican. There is no conservative or liberal. There is no right or left. There is only freedom or tyranny.

We are building a database to Nullify Obamacare. Please submit info. 

We need the following: 

1. Names & contact information for organizations which favor nullification of Obamacare.

2. Names & contact information for individuals who favor nullification of Obamacare.

3. Web pages which favor nullification of Obamacare.

The database for the coalition is to produce a portfolio to give to the legislators.

This is how you hit home with a politician.
We show them that we have what they want and need, if they get on board.
We also show them that we have what they fear most, if they do not get on board.

No one has a duty to enforce injustice, regardless of any unjust laws, and regardless of the instructions of judges, bureaucrats, or even the President. All public servants have sworn an oath to support & defend the constitution. You can swear the same oath without regard to your status in or out of government. If you are called for jury duty, or if you have been instructed by any government agency to perform a function, you can swear an oath to support & defend the constitution before you respond. Every day our courts require people to swear an oath. They will put you into jail if you violate that oath. Can the judge order you to violate an oath? Tell the judge that you have sworn the same oath that he has sworn, and that you will honor your oath, even if he violates his. 
A sheriff has more authority than the President, when he is in his jurisdiction.
States created the federal government and gave the federal government very specific and limited powers. If the federal government exceeds the limits that were placed on them, it is the duty of the juror, the sheriff, the legislator, or of any citizen, to resist that usurpation.
If the jury must rule according to the judge's instructions, then why are they even there? Is the jury there to rubber stamp, and to dignify the ruling of the judge? If that is our system then there IS NO SUCH THING as a trial by jury. In a free country the power is in the people. The judge is a government employee.
  
Oliver W. Holmes once said "This is a court of law, young man, not a court of justice".  Are we no longer concerned about  justice? 
  
Nullification is a way to allow the natural law to prevail over government legalization of tyranny. Legal means condoned by government. Illegal means not condoned by government.

The Boston Tea Party was illegal.
Everything that Hitler did was legal.
The Declaration of Independence was illegal.
In the final analysis no tyranny will ever condone the effective defense of freedom.
Our Bill of Rights is replete with phrases such as "Congress shall make no law" and "shall not be infringed". Government does not give us our rights. Our rights are inalienable, and are endowed by our Creator. The assertion that rights are provided by law is saying that we have no rights except what the government grants to us.
THERE ARE FOUR BOXES OF FREEDOM TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS:
1. THE BALLOT BOX
2. THE JURY BOX
3. THE SOAP BOX
4. THE AMMO BOX
 
It seems as though there are none of the above that are not under attack. What does that mean? You only have the rights that you are willing to defend.

I add to this:
"The battle for freedom is never won, and is never lost.
The battle for freedom always continues.
It is never too late, and it is never soon enough, to defend freedom.
No matter how enslaved we are, we always have hope.
No matter how free we are we are never safe.
NOTHING EVER LIMITS THE GOVERNMENT, EXCEPT THE PEOPLE.
Any generation that fails to defend freedom will lose it.
The next generation will have to shed blood to gain it back.
When the defense of liberty becomes a crime, tyranny is already in force.
At that point, failure to defend liberty makes slavery a certainty."

Regardless of the vote fraud, and the dirty tricks at conventions, the cause of liberty will persist until victory. After victory the defense of liberty will continue.
