This Press Conference on Nullification of Obamacare in South Carolina was held in the Rotunda of the State Capital building on January 8th, 2013. Just before this there was a rally outside of the State House. The opening speaker is Representative Bill Chumley, who is the author of the bill in the S.C. House H 3101. The second speaker is Representative Bill Taylor, who is a co-sponsor of H 3101. The third speaker is Dr. Tom Kendall, the President elect of the American Physicians and Surgeons. The forth speaker is Senator Tom Davis who is a co-sponsor of the bill in the S.C. Senate S 0102. The fifth speaker is Senator Lee Bright who is the sponsor of the bill in the S.C. Senate S 0102. The sixth speaker is Senator Larry Grooms who is a co-sponsor in the senate. The final speaker was Jesse Graston who was the driving force who brought all of these legislators together.

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The States created the federal government, and authorized the federal government to perform a few well defined, and very limited functions. The federal government is prohibited from doing ANYTHING ELSE.
After H 3101, and/or S 0102, passes it will be a felony to violate our right to choose our own health care. We will give feds their badges back after they serve their time. We do not need any federal aid. It is our money anyway. The Feds can keep their money, and we will keep ours. They can rent the IRS buildings to all of the private businesses that will be moving into South Carolina from states where the leaders did NOT honor their OATH OF OFFICE: to support and defend the Constitution.
The Feds can govern Washington DC, and we will govern South Carolina.

No one has a duty to enforce injustice, regardless of any unjust laws, and regardless of the instructions of judges, bureaucrats, or even the President. All public servants have sworn an oath to support & defend the constitution. You can swear the same oath without regard to your status in or out of government. States created the federal government and gave the federal government very specific and limited powers. If the federal government exceeds the limits that were placed on them, it is the duty of the juror, the sheriff, the legislator, or of any citizen, to resist that usurpation.
