It is a rare opportunity, for the voters, when they are no longer expected to choose the "lesser of two evils".  SC State Senator Lee Bright is running against Lindsey Graham. Senator Bright has been a life long champion for liberty. At the same time Lindsey Graham has continuously been on the side of revoking rights. See the Outrages of Lindsey Graham Playlist

Lindsey Graham speaks proudly about his abandonment of the Bill of Rights. In addition to denying the right to an attorney, Lindsey Graham is also openly advocates abolition of the right to a trial by jury, the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty, & the right to remain silent. All these rights are to be swept away by simply making accusations that need not be judged by any jury. He has also, at other times, advocated the suspension of Habeous Corpus.

Sen. Bright sponsored the Constitutional Carry Act of 2013. Constitutional Carry means that, within a given jurisdiction, carrying of concealed firearms is not restricted by law. When a state or other jurisdiction has adopted Constitutional Carry, it is legal for law-abiding citizens to carry a handgun, firearm, or other weapon concealed with or without an applicable permit or license.
Sen. Bright says “The Second Amendment says that our rights to have firearms cannot be infringed upon and that’s what the federal government is doing right now. If you want to change the Constitution, change the Constitution but the Constitution clearly says that those rights shall not be infringed, and once you have to have a permit to assert a right then you can start requiring people to have permits to speak and a lot of other things.” Requiring a permit to exercise a constitutional right, is the same as infringing the right.
