The Obama Care Nullification PLAYLIST
If your state has no done this yet, start now. H3101 Nullification of Obamacare has already passed in the SC House. It was not voted on in the Senate when the session ended. Senator Tom Davis is spearheading the renewed effort in the Senate. If other states do this it will be the end of Obamacare.
Obamacare is failing, but it
threatens to take down with it both the quality of our medical system and our
liberty. Obamacare is a threat to more than just our wallets. It is an attack
on our future as a free people.
The President recently stated that
"Obamacare is more than a website." He's right. Obamacare includes home
visitations by Federal agents to ensure a "stress-free environment" for kids;
government "behavior modification" programs; Federally-managed "transformation
of communities;" mandatory treatment for those the government views as "mentally
unstable;" denial of medical care to those the government decides are
unproductive; and more.
It is up the people of South Carolina to demand
that our state interpose against this threat. Indeed, a battle is being fought
to ensure that we and our families are shielded by SC legislation from the
unconstitutional monstrosity of Obamacare.
Fortunately, the momentum in
this battle right now is in our favor. Thanks to your sacrificial efforts over
the past year, South Carolina has a real chance of passing Obamacare
Nullification in the next few months. But we can't let up now.
H3101
is on Special Order in the state senate, meaning it will be one of the first
issues discussed in January when the legislature reconvenes. But we need to
strengthen the language of the bill, get it passed in the Senate, and then get
it passed again in the House. Each of these steps will be a huge
undertaking.
To jump start the process, SC Senator Tom Davis will be
hosting three public hearings on H3101 and Obamacare Nullification this coming
Tuesday and Wednesday. You can be a hero in the battle. Please plan to be at
one or more of these hearings, and make your voice heard! Facebook
event here.
The hearings will be crucial for two reasons.
First, Sen. Davis is an ally of ours who needs to hear citizens speaking
in support of strengthening the language of H3101 against Obamacare. This will
give him ammunition when he introduces his important amendment to the bill in
the Senate. It will also encourage him and other liberty champions to keep up
the fight and not back down!
Second, these hearings are a chance to prove
to both the media and the legislature that the public stands behind
nullification. It's not just a select group of activists. People across South
Carolina are demanding that our state leaders do their duty to protect us
against Federal incursion. We need to demonstrate this reality with an
impressive turnout at each of the three hearings!
Here are the details
for these events.
Tuesday, November 5 from 6-8pm: Hughes Main Library at
25 Heritage Green Place, Greenville, SC 29601.
Wednesday, November 6 from
10am-12pm: South Carolina State House in the Gressette Building Room 209,1101
Assembly St, Columbia, SC 29201.
Wednesday, November 6 from 6-8pm: North

29406.
Please attend at least one of these public hearings. Come early
to sign up to testify. This is your opportunity to speak your mind on the issue
of Obamacare! This is your chance to stand up for liberty where it truly
counts!

7:45am in the Hollywood 20 Cinema parking lot behind McDonald's on Woodruff Rd.
Please call me with any questions at 864-420-7933. Carpools from other

Let's continue the work and see it
through.
P.S. Please forward this email around, and invite your friends
to come with you to stand against Obamacare! Also, take a "Benjamin Franklin
moment" and pray for God's wisdom and blessing to be on the hearings Tuesday and
Wednesday.

The U.S. Postal Service is broke, & even though heavily subsidized, it can't compete with private sector: FedEx and UPS services. The U.S. Postal Service lost over $7 BILLION in one year and requires continuous bailouts.
Social Security is broke. There is nothing in the Social Security Trust Fund except IOUs from the government. It was passed into law as a trust fund, but it is now a ponzi scheme, paying one person with another person's contributions, having already squandered the money that was supposed to be held "in trust". A private lawyer. or a banker, who did this would go to jail.
It did not stimulate anything except the increase the size of government, and raised government salaries, while the rest of us suffer from economic hardships. It has yet to create any new private sector jobs. Our national debt is increasing so fast that tabulations are out of date before they are published: It is over $17 trillion at this moment.
So with a perfect 100% failure rate, and a record that proves that each and every "service" shoved down our throats by an over-reaching government turns into disaster, how could any informed American trust our government to run, or even set policies for, America's health care system, which is 7% of our economy?
We are told that 10 million more people will be covered, without adding a single new doctor, but by adding 16 thousand new IRS agents.
It was written by a committee, whose chairman says that he does not understand it.
It was passed by a congress that did not read it, but exempted themselves from it.
It was signed by a President who smokes.
Its funding was to be administered by a treasury chief who did not pay his taxes.
We were taxed for it for 4 years before it took effect. These taxes went to the same government which had already bankrupted social security, medicare, the Post Office, Amtrak, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac.
