Sheriff, Police on High Alert After GOP Chair "Likes" Anti-Tyranny Article on Facebook

The article "When Should You Shoot A Cop” might be referred to as "the law enforcement literacy test". Those who will not read have no advantage over those who cannot read. "When Should You Shoot A Cop” was originally posted on the CopBlock.org website and Marlene Motley, who is a member of Kershaw County Patriots (KCP), reposted the link to KCP's Facebook page with the caveat: "Please, Read the article before you comment." It is a well known fact that the subject line may be all that some people will read unless that subject line grabs their attention.

Those who have read the article know that it is about resistance to tyranny. Author Larken Rose cited historical examples such as Stalin, Lenin, Mao, Hitler, and Pol Pot. The article has nothing to do with law enforcement who act in accordance with the American constitution.

Throw a rock in a pen full of pigs:
the one that squeals is the one that you hit.
  
An amazing thing has happened. An article about opposing tyranny was posted, WITHOUT MENTIONING ANY NAME. Some law enforcement personnel claim that it is about them. 
If one were to throw a rock into a pen full of pigs, and one of them squealed, the one that squealed, would be the one that you had hit. Why would any law enforcement officer claim that this "shoe fits"?

George Washington said:

"Truth will ultimately prevail where there is pains to bring it to light."
The righteous do not fear the truth.

Oppression of expression is confession.

If any result is to be expected from the tactics that have been used in this event, it will be that more people will read the article.

Sheriff, Police on High Alert After GOP Chair "Likes" Anti-Tyranny Article on Facebook July 29, 2011

KERSHAW COUNTY, South Carolina — Sheriff Jim Matthews and Elgin Chief of Police, Harold Brown, have placed their officers on high alert after Kershaw County Republican Party Co-Chairman, Jeff Mattox, "Liked" an article on Facebook.com — a popular social-networking website.

Chief Brown said, "We take this very seriously.”

Camden Chief of Police, Joe Floyd, said that he would "reinforce" his officers' "training" and "provide a united front along with the sheriff and chief."

The article, entitled "When Should You Shoot A Cop,” is an opinion piece written by Larken Rose and made a reasoned argument for resisting state-sponsored tyranny when there is no other option left. Rose cited historical examples such as: "Stalin ... Lenin ... Chairman Mao ... Hitler ... Pol Pot, or any number of other tyrants in history."

"In an ideal world, cops would do nothing except protect people from thieves and attackers, in which case shooting a cop would never be justified," Rose said in the article.

"When Should You Shoot A Cop” was originally posted on the CopBlock.org website and Marlene Motley, who is a member of Kershaw County Patriots (KCP), reposted the link to KCP's Facebook page with the caveat: "Please, Read the article before you comment."

Mattox, who is also a member of KCP, came along afterwards and clicked the "Like" button that accompanies all posts on Facebook. Mattox did not leave a comment on the article, but later said in a telephone interview with the local Chronicle-Independent newspaper, "I support [Rose's] right to say what he's saying. He does have some good points. Although we don’t advocate shooting cops, it does create a discussion."

Mattox stated in an interview with WISTV 10 that he didn't even remember clicking the "Like" button on Rose's article.

Whether he remembers it or not, Mattox's act of "liking" the post on KCP's Facebook page — a page which Sheriff Matthews is apparently monitoring — caused Sheriff Matthews to be "irritated" and to characterize the post as "hateful" and "irresponsible," even though the article itself was not written by anyone associated with KCP and Sheriff Matthews did not ask any KCP members for their opinion of the article, or their rationale for posting it.

"If Matthews had a problem with the article he could have contacted me," said Motley, the KCP member who posted the CopBlock link. "I had thought about not posting, but felt the article made a valid point."

Rather than speak to any KCP members, Sheriff Matthews told his officers “that there is a group in this county that is reading stuff that says it’s OK to shoot a cop... That article does suggest that, at certain times, it’s OK to shoot a cop.”

Here's what Rose actually said about "certain times" in his article:

"To get a little perspective, try watching a documentary or two about some of the atrocities committed by [tyrannical] regimes... Pause the film when the jackboots are about to herd innocent people into cattle cars, or gun them down as they stand on the edge of a ditch, and THEN ask yourself the question, 'When should you shoot a cop?'"

"I was disappointed in the reaction to the article by law enforcement," said Motley. "Anyone who took the time to read the article would realize that, unless there was tyranny at the hands of law enforcement, the article was not advocating going about shooting police officers."

Aware of the provocative nature of his title, "When Should You Shoot A Cop," Rose opened his article:

"That question, even without an answer, makes most 'law-abiding taxpayers' go into knee-jerk conniptions... In doing so, they also inadvertently demonstrate why so much of human history has been plagued by tyranny and oppression."

Speaking of "knee-jerk conniptions," the "Liking"-an-anti-tyranny-article controversy was strong enough to cause Kershaw County Republican Party Co-Chairman, Chris Oviatt, to ask Mattox to resign from the chairmanship position that they both share. And this despite the fact that Oviatt is also a member of the same patriot group, KCP, that sparked the alleged controversy in the first place.

When Mattox refused to resign voluntarily, Oviatt took matters into his own hands and began a move to eliminate Mattox's Co-Chairman position completely, even though GOP by laws do not appear to allow it.

"We've always encouraged our members and officers to have their opinions, but when you talk about doing harm to somebody, that is the line, because that doesn't represent values of the Republican Party," Oviatt said.

In a similar vein and without any evidence, Sheriff Matthews attempted to publicly conflate KCP with a murderous anti-government extremist group called the Sovereign Citizens, which is currently under investigation by the FBI:

“I don’t know if they’re aligned with the Sovereign Citizen movement,” said Sheriff Matthews when asked about the connection to KCP by the Chronicle-Independent. "I don’t know if they all have the same membership rolls, but they certainly seem to hang together.”

Mattox categorically denied any connection to Sovereign Citizens: "We’re not affiliated with them in any way.”

Sheriff Matthews also characterized KCP as "ultra right wing ... extremist" without explanation and "[wondered] what they are doing that they want to isolate themselves from any law enforcement intervention."

Sheriff Matthews ran for office on the Republican Party ticket and regularly attended Kershaw County Republican Party meetings until after his election. He then voluntarily isolated himself from the GOP meetings, because, according to him, KCP "hijacked the meetings."

On April 7, 2009, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) issued a document to federal, state, local and tribal law enforcement entitled: "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment."

The document divides “rightwing terrorists” into two categories: “adherents that are primarily hate-oriented (based on hatred of particular religious, racial or ethnic groups), and those that are mainly antigovernment, rejecting federal authority in favor of state or local authority, or rejecting government authority entirely."

DHS maintains a Fusion Center in South Carolina under the auspices of the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division. One of the main purposes of fusion centers is to disseminate federally-generated intelligence materials to local agencies. In return, DHS collects massive amounts of information on ordinary citizens due to being allowed access to local databases.

Fusion centers have also been known to infiltrate local activist groups, as was the case with the Olympia Port Militarization Resistance, an antiwar group located in Washington state. Wikileaks.org released a document showing that domestic "Army Fusion Cells" coordinate with local law enforcement to collect information on local activists.

Sheriff Matthews' current law enforcement position, his federal Drug Enforcement Administration background, his "hateful" and "ultra right wing ... extremist" rhetoric and his monitoring of the Kershaw County Patriot group appear to be the "smoking guns" connecting him to the South Carolina Fusion Center and the types of operations that fusion centers are known to carry out against the American people?

Mattox released a statement on July 28, 2011 in which he called for the immediate resignation of Sheriff Matthews.

"Sheriff Jim Matthews has unfairly and illogically compared me to extremists and criminals. He has acted in such a manner as to portray me as a threat to the citizens of this county," said Mattox in his statement. "Sheriff Jim Matthews has abused his office and I am demanding now ... that he resign from the office of sheriff for his shameful and disgraceful efforts to destroy one solitary man on the most ridiculous pretense imaginable."

Mattox also called for the immediate resignations of Co-Chairman Oviatt and South Carolina Republican Party Chairman Chad Connelly for their complicity in attacking his character and for Connelly's silence on "the matter of the Lt. Governor."

"If they cannot arrest me," Mattox said, "then why do they expend so much effort to publicly malign me by using the power and prestige of their offices to, in the most outlandish and bizarre behavior I have ever witnessed, falsely accuse me of being a terrorist or worse?"

Meanwhile, in a classic case of attacking the messengers instead of the message, Larken Rose's offer to defend his article goes unheeded:

"I would love to have a public discussion with the Sheriff who claims the article is 'irresponsible' and 'hateful.' Instead of suiting up for battle, maybe we can have a rational discussion, instead. I'd prefer an exchange of words to an exchange of bullets any day. So how about it, Mr. Sheriff?"

The "straw grabbing" contrivance is now to claim that he blocked traffic. The jack boots chose to block traffic by illegally detaining a law abiding citizen. Anderson just wanted to leave, but he was not allowed to do so.

First they tortured him for refusing to answer questions. THEN they told him that he had the right to remain silent. How can there be a duty to answer questions if there is a right to remain silent?
His rights did not just appear when they advised him of them. HE ALREADY KNEW that he had the right to remain silent, and he did so.
They claimed that a DOG gave them "probable cause", and then they claimed that "probable cause" gave them the right to search. "Probable cause" is not the right to search. "Probable cause" is the right to ASK a judge for a search warrant:

The only real effect of these "check points" is to condition the American people to accepting the standard practices of tyranny, and to destroy the Bill of Rights. A law that violates the constitution has no authority as much as if it never existed.

Government "authorized" ways to celebrate your freedoms this 4th of July

  
Note: For many people the 4th of July is the only day of the year, when there will be a thought about defending freedom,
or about American Independence.
Take advantage of the fact that you have a modicum of attention.
PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON.

As we go out to celebrate our freedom this 4th of July,
let's go over a few things to make your celebration a success.
  
Most importantly: You must keep all of your thoughts, and words, about defending freedom, and American Independence, IN THE PAST.
Just wave that plastic American flag made by political slaves in Communist China. You don't want to seem un-American do you?
You must not talk about the fact that we are LOSING our American Independence TODAY to sovereignty destroying international forces like the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, and the creation of regional government through "trade treaties".

Declaration of Independence Facts

Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed the Declaration of Independence? Five signers were captured by the British, charged as traitors, and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.

They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.

What kind of men were they?

Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated.

But they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.

Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.

Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer,

Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Rutledge, and Middleton.

At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson Jr, noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later he died from exhaustion and a broken heart. Norris and Livingston suffered similar fates.

Such were the stories and sacrifices of the American Revolution.

These were not wild-eyed, rabble- rousing ruffians. They were soft-spoken men of means and education. They had security, but they valued liberty more. Standing tall, straight, and unwavering, they pledged: "For the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the protection of the divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other, our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."

They gave us a free and independent America. The history books never told you a lot about what happened in the Revolutionary War. We didn't fight just the British. We were British subjects at that time and we fought our own government! Some of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn't. So, take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price they paid.

This book is a wake-up call for all law-enforcement officers. It is a must-read for every man and woman wearing a badge. If you have a friend or relative in law enforcement, make sure you get a copy into their hands. You'll be shocked to learn just how far American law enforcement has strayed from its mission.

With regard to "bumper sticker profiling" you should be especially aware of the fact that "They will get my gun, when they pry it from my cold dead fingers" is no longer mere semantics. At WACO, and at RUBY RIDGE,
we learned that they WILL kill you to take your guns
 
ALSO, be careful not to have any unauthorized THOUGHTS.
There are now serious penalties for "thought crime".
Be aware that "civil forfeiture" laws make it possible to take anything that you own, by alleging that it was "intended" to be used for the commission of a crime. This could include transporting, or storing, a gun.
If "civil forfeiture" proceedings are initiated against you,
then you will have the burden of proof,
to show that your thoughts were in compliance with government standards.
 
Get to know some politicians, and bureaucrats, so that you might be able to head off the taking of your private property to be given to private developers for the "public good".
 
If traveling by air, this Independence Day,
do not give the airport screeners a hard time. 
They are feeling you up, and molesting your daughter, and wife, for the security of America.  If you complain you could be arrested.  You don't support terrorism do you?
 
Keep an eye on your fellow Americans as you celebrate this 4th of July.  If you see anything suspicious, take notes so that when you get home you can call and report them to the Homeland Security Office. 
And remember you are not a nosey snitch, you are a great American Patriot.
 
Do not mention the signers of the Declaration of Independence this 4th of July. 
Mentioning these white subversive terrorists is not popular and could get you in big trouble. 
Besides what do these guys have to do with the 4th of July anyway?

Do not take a copy of the Declaration of Independence with you as it advocates the overthrow of tyrannical government. 
It is a terrorist document and will be confiscated at the holiday police checkpoints. 
Same advice for the Constitution.
 
And remember, as you leave home for your 4th of July outing, that the second you stepped out of your door that you probably broke hundreds of federal, state, and local laws that you are probably unaware of. 
However, if you tow the line, you will not be charged.
 
If arrested you used to have the right to a jury trial,
and to be told what you have done wrong,
and appointed council.
Now you can be labeled an "enemy combatant" or terrorist,
and be placed in jail with no trial, no lawyer, nothing for as long as they want.

Don't even think about taxes on this great day. 
The 50 per cent government confiscation of your income at the threat of imprisonment or at the point of a gun should not even cross your mind as you revel in your freedom. 
After all, April 15th is a long way off.
With a little effort, maybe we can get our taxes down to one fourth of our income; like the amount that the feudal serfs paid to their masters.
And whatever you do, do not let on that you really know that true freedom died a long time ago in America, just have fun for the day and then go home and stick your head back in the sand and pretend America is not becoming a fascist police state.
 
If you have a few decades with nothing better to do,
study up on "administrative law".
Laws are now made by the unelected bureaucrats,
in hundreds of "administrative agencies".
If you are charged with violating one of these "laws" you will not get a trial by a jury of your peers.
You will be tried by the agency that made the "law" and made the charge against you.
If you appeal this "conviction," your appeal will also be heard by the administrative agency that "convicted" you.
How likely is it, that they will decide, that they were right?

I hope this message gets past the Department of Home land Insecurity approved internet filter. How else can they protect us from unauthorized thought?

Declaration of Independence Facts
 
Have you ever wondered what happened to the 56 men who signed
 
the Declaration of Independence? Five signers were captured by the British, charged as traitors, and tortured before they died. Twelve had their homes ransacked and burned. Two lost their sons serving in the Revolutionary Army; another had two sons captured. Nine of the 56 fought and died from wounds or hardships of the Revolutionary War.
 
They signed and they pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor.
 
What kind of men were they?
 
Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated.
 
But they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.
 
Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.
 
Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him,and poverty was his reward.
 
Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer,
 
Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Rutledge, and Middleton.
 
At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson Jr, noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over the Nelson home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.
 
Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The enemy jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.
 
John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later he died from exhaustion and a broken heart. Norris and Livingston suffered similar fates.
 
Such were the stories and sacrifices of the American Revolution.
 
These were not wild-eyed, rabble- rousing ruffians. They were soft-spoken men of means and education. They had security, but they valued liberty more. Standing tall, straight, and unwavering, they pledged: "For the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the protection of the divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other, our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor."
 
They gave us a free and independent America. The history books never told you a lot about what happened in the Revolutionary War. We didn't fight just the British. We were British subjects at that time and we fought our own government! Some of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn't. So, take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price they paid.
 
Remember: Freedom is never free! I hope you will show your support by please sending this to as many people as you can. It's time we get the word out that patriotism is NOT a sin, and the Fourth of July has more to it than beer, picnics, and baseball games.
 
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom,
go home from us in peace.  We ask not your counsels or your arms.  Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you.

Who started the Tea Party Movement?

The original Tea Party started in Boston, on December 16, 1773.
  
On December 16th, 2007; the anniversary of  Boston Tea Party, Americans "dumped the tea" again by donating over $6.04 Million into the Ron Paul 2008 Presidential Campaign. This was largest one day political donation ever!

Everyone who uses the name "Tea Party" is an authentic continuation of that movement, as long as their ideals and goals are the same.
When our fore fathers threw King George's tea into the harbor, King George did not form a Tea Party advisory council. Perhaps that is because he understood that our fore fathers had a hidden agenda. They were not just trying to save money on taxes. They wanted to be free.
  
Would it be reasonable to believe that if King George had lowered the tea tax there would have never been an American Revolution? The Declaration of Independence did not even mention the tea tax unless one were to assume that it was included in the general reference to "imposing Taxes on us without our Consent".
  
Our founding fathers specifically listed a "long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism". How many of these same abuses and usurpations exist today? A few examples might be:
  
"He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance".
"He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution and unacknowledged by our laws".
"For depriving us in many cases of the benefits of Trial by Jury".
  
Thomas Jefferson who wrote the Declaration of Independence also admonished us that:
 "The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."
  
The Boston Tea Party was illegal.
Legal means condoned by goverment.
Illegal means not condoned by goverment.
In the final analysis no tyranny will ever condone the efffective defense of freedom.
  
Everything that Hitler did was legal.
The Declaration of Independence was illegal.
 
Our Bill of Rights is repleat with phrases such as "Congress shall make no law" and "shall not be infringed".
 
Government does not give us our rights. Our rights are inalienable, and are endowed by our Creator.
  
Nothing takes the place of the vigilance of the people.
The battle for freedom is never won, and is never lost.
The battle for freedom always continues.
It is never too late, and it is never soon enough, to defend freedom.
No matter how enslaved we are, we always have hope.
No matter how free we are we are never safe.
NOTHING EVER LIMITS THE GOVERNMENT, EXCEPT THE PEOPLE.
Any generation that fails to defend freedom will lose it.
The next generation will have to shed blood to gain it back"

I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience. I know of no way of judging of the future but by the past. And judging by the past, I wish to know what there has been in the conduct of the Federal government for the last ten years to justify those hopes with which gentlemen have been pleased to solace themselves and the House. Is it that insidious smile with which our petition has been lately received? Trust it not, sir; it will prove a snare to your feet. Suffer not yourselves to be betrayed with a kiss. Ask yourselves how this gracious reception of our petition comports with those warlike preparations which cover our waters and darken our land. Are fleets and armies necessary to a work of love and reconciliation? Have we shown ourselves so unwilling to be reconciled that force must be called in to win back our love? Let us not deceive ourselves, sir. These are the implements of war and subjugation; the last arguments to which tyrants resort. I ask gentlemen, sir, what means this martial array, if its purpose be not to force us to submission? Can gentlemen assign any other possible motive for it? Has the Federal government any enemy, in this quarter of the world, to call for all this accumulation of navies and armies? No, sir, she has none. They are meant for us: they can be meant for no other. They are sent over to bind and rivet upon us those chains which the Federal government have been so long forging. And what have we to oppose to them? Shall we try argument? Sir, we have been trying that for the last ten years. Have we anything new to offer upon the subject? Nothing. We have held the subject up in every light of which it is capable; but it has been all in vain. Shall we resort to entreaty and humble supplication? What terms shall we find which have not been already exhausted? Let us not, I beseech you, sir, deceive ourselves. Sir, we have done everything that could be done to avert the storm which is now coming on. We have petitioned; we have remonstrated; we have supplicated; we have prostrated ourselves before the federal government, and have implored its interposition to arrest the tyrannical hands of the Federal government. Our petitions have been slighted; our remonstrances have produced additional violence and insult; our supplications have been disregarded; and we have been spurned, with contempt, from the foot of the Federal government! In vain, after these things, may we indulge the fond hope of peace and reconciliation. There is no longer any room for hope. If we wish to be free-- if we mean to preserve inviolate those inestimable privileges for which we have been so long contending--if we mean not basely to abandon the noble struggle in which we have been so long engaged, and which we have pledged ourselves never to abandon until the glorious object of our contest shall be obtained--we must fight! I repeat it, sir, we must fight! An appeal to arms and to the God of hosts is all that is left us!

They tell us, sir, that we are weak; unable to cope with so formidable an adversary. But when shall we be stronger? Will it be the next week, or the next year? Will it be when we are totally disarmed, and when a soldier shall be stationed in every house? Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot? Sir, we are not weak if we make a proper use of those means which the God of nature hath placed in our power. The millions of people, armed in the holy cause of liberty, and in such a country as that which we possess, are invincible by any force which our enemy can send against us. Besides, sir, we shall not fight our battles alone. There is a just God who presides over the destinies of nations, and who will raise up friends to fight our battles for us. The battle, sir, is not to the strong alone; it is to the vigilant, the active, the brave. Besides, sir, we have no election. If we were base enough to desire it, it is now too late to retire from the contest. There is no retreat but in submission and slavery! Our chains are forged! It is in vain, sir, to extenuate the matter. Gentlemen may cry, Peace, Peace-- but there is no peace. The war is actually begun! The next gale that sweeps from the north will bring to our ears the clash of resounding arms! Our brethren are already in the field! Why stand we here idle? What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! Veteran Killed by SWAT Team - shot SIXTY-ONE TIMES

  
  
IS THIS UNBELIEVABLE STUPIDITY OR MURDER?
  
  
They broke in.
There was an eight seconds pause.
THEN there was a volley of gun fire.
After that volley of gun fire had stopped, someone fired one more round. Why?
Was that an additional shot to make sure that Jose Guerena was dead?
If anyone has any evidence to show that this was not a murder, that evidence should be made public.
If there has been any investigation to determine whether or not anyone had a MOTIVE to kill Jose Guerena the findings of that investigation should be made public.
The video, that is above,  can be viewed and compared to the statements of those who killed Jose Guerena.
The SWAT officers who killed Jose Guerena claim that when they opened the door, they saw a man appear in the hallway holding a rifle. The officers claim that they saw muzzle flashes from that gun.
  
It has been determined that Jose Guerena's rifle was on safety and had not been fired.
  
The "evidence" collected from Jose Guerena's home include guns, ammunition, vehicles, cash, documents, and cellphones; but NO DRUGS. No arrests have been made.
  
Does drug abuse do anything that is worse than this?
  
It would be interesting to learn how the guns, ammunition, vehicles, cash, documents, and cellphones, collected from Jose Guerena's home, are different from those that might be found in any other home.  Jose Guerena's wife and young son were in the home but they were not shot.
  
Officer Hector Iglecias, told detectives that he fired because he saw muzzle flashes from Guerena's rifle.
  
Iglecias said right after the shooting "I get this slight glimpse to the left, which is kind of like a living room area".
  
Deputy Kenneth Walsh was the officer who gave the commands. Another SWAT team member, Deputy Christopher Garcia, told investigators he heard Guerena yell something as he came toward the SWAT team holding the rifle. Garcia admits firing on Jose Guerena.

Supporters Rally for Iraq War Veteran Killed by SWAT Team

TUCSON, Ariz. - Jose Guerena was killed by Pima County Sheriff's deputies as they searched his home. Initially, officers said he fired at them first, but later learned he never pulled the trigger.
  
Generally, law enforcement agencies use SWAT teams to serve search warrants if they believe the homeowner is armed.
  
Guerena's supporters say that policy puts homeowners who are trained officers at risk and in this case, it cost a man his life.
  
Oath Keepers, a group dedicated to defending the U.S. Constitution, gathered at Purple Heart Park in Tucson Monday. They rallied in honor of Guerena, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Iraq War.
  
"It's tragic..it should have never happened," said Ray Epps.
 
But Guerena didn't die on the battlefield. He was killed at his home near Tucson as deputies served a search warrant on May 5.
 
You can see the bullet holes in the home next a growing memorial.
 
Guerena was shot 60 times. He was suspected of being a drug trafficker, but no drugs were found. He was armed, but no shots were fired from the house.
 
"To serve a search warrant in this way is unreasonable. I can't imaging a more unreasonable search than one that kills you, so this should not have happened," said Stewart Rhodes.
 
Oath Keepers are taking a stand against using SWAT to serve simple search warrants on trained officers or gun owners who have no criminal record.
 
"I don't see any law enforcement officer, any peace officer, I don't see anybody who has been trained any differently," said Epps.
 
"Were not talking about a hostage situation or barricade suspect or a refugee from the law, we're talking about serving a search warrant on a young two-tour Iraq veteran Marine who had a totally clean record," said Rhodes. "He had like four traffic tickets, that's it."
 
The Pima County Sheriff's Department will not comment on this case until the investigation is complete.
 
Guerena leaves behind a wife, two children and a large extended family.

 The “Rotten Apple” theory states that deviant police officers are those who psychological testing fails to screen out. This concept is favored by police administrators because it offers a quick and easy solution to police deviant behavior. However, there is a growing body of literature that suggests that it is the stressful occupation that is policing that is the fertile soil from which police deviant behavior springs otherwise known as the “Rotten Barrel” theory. This article shall explore police deviant behavior from the perspective that it is the “Rotten Barrel” that leads to police deviant behavior.
 
What we are now seeing appears to indicate that psychological testing is being used to locate and hire sociopathic deviants rather than to screen them out. Are the people, who ought to be in prisons or mental institutions, now being given guns and badges?  Are the prisons or mental institutions now for religious, or freedom loving people?  Sociopathic deviants are the first line of enforcement in every dictatorship.

The "straw grabbing" contrivance is now to claim that he blocked traffic. The jack boots chose to block traffic by illegally detaining a law abiding citizen. Anderson just wanted to leave, but he was not allowed to do so.
 
First they tortured him for refusing to answer questions. THEN they told him that he had the right to remain silent. How can there be a duty to answer questions if there is a right to remain silent?
His rights did not just appear when they advised him of them. HE ALREADY KNEW that he had the right to remain silent, and he did so.
They claimed that a DOG gave them "probable cause", and then they claimed that "probable cause" gave them the right to search. "Probable cause" is not the right to search. "Probable cause" is the right to ASK a judge for a search warrant:

My favorite part was when the US Park Police approach a couple of people to tell them they will be arrested if they start to dance.  The Park Police ask, "Is there someone who's leading you all here?", and they spontaneously point to the large bronze statue of Thomas Jefferson. Thomas Jefferson is crying out from his grave.

Mr Bill “I did not have sexual relations with that woman” Clinton, a man who knowingly lied to the nation on live television at the height of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, has called for the creation of an Internet ‘ministry of truth’ style organization that would be run by the federal government or the UN to address “misinformation and rumors floating on the Internet.”

Couching the idea in the kind of doublespeak rhetoric that would make George Orwell roll in his grave, Clinton said that the agency would have to be “independent” and “transparent,” but that it would be created and run by the federal government – a complete oxymoron.
  
The former president said that the organization “Would have to be an independent federal agency that no president could countermand or anything else because people wouldn’t think you were just censoring the news and giving a different falsehood out.”
  
No matter how many fluffy, friendly and democratic words he attaches to the proposal, Clinton is basically calling for the creation of a state-run media outlet in the mould of Communist China. He says it should operate like, “National Public Radio or BBC or something like that, except it would have to be really independent and they would not express opinions, and their mandate would be narrowly confined to identifying relevant factual errors.”
  
In other words, as his wife Hillary bemoaned recently, the US military-industrial complex is “losing the information war” to independent media outlets and something needs to be done to redress the balance because too many people are stumbling across that habitual irritant to the power elite – the truth.
  
Despite admitting that the organization would have “no credibility whatever, particularly with a lot of the people who are most active on the internet,” Clinton said that such an agency was necessary to counter “misinformation and rumors floating on the Internet,” reports Politico.
  
This is Cass Sunstein’s “cognitive infiltration” on steroids. Harvard law professor Sunstein, Obama’s information czar, has demanded websites be mandated by law to link to opposing information or that pop ups containing government propaganda be forcibly included on political blogs.
  
In a 2008 article published in the Journal of Political Philosophy, Sunstein outlined a plan for the government to stealthily infiltrate groups that pose alternative theories on historical events via “chat rooms, online social networks, or even real-space groups and attempt to undermine” those groups.
On page 14 of Sunstein’s January 2008 white paper entitled
“Conspiracy Theories,” he proposed that “under imaginable conditions” the government “might ban conspiracy theorizing” and could “impose some kind of tax, financial or otherwise, on those who disseminate such theories.”
  
Sunstein’s definition of “conspiracy theories” includes ideas shared by the majority of American people, such as the notion that the JFK assassination occurred as part of a wider plot, as well as the belief that the threat of global warming has been hyped by governments and global institutions. Both of these ideas would be examples of thought crime under Sunstein’s regime.
  
Bill Clinton’s call for a government-run ministry of truth is a brazen attempt to implement Sunstein’s dangerous anti-free speech agenda.
  
During Hillary’s call for the empire to strike back in the information war, she made particular reference to Russia Today as well as media platforms, and the fact that they were “winning” because they actually dared to act like “real news” organizations, asking questions of authority and investigating stories, and not like the US mainstream press, which acts as nothing more than an obedient, supine clearinghouse for government propaganda.
  
Russia Today, which regularly provides a voice to the likes of Alex Jones, Max Keiser, Wayne Madsen, Paul Craig Roberts and Webster Tarpley, has played an instrumental role in filling the gaps left by the castrated US corporate media by reporting on real news issues and actually having the temerity to question talking points put out by the White House – this is what the Clintons both want to see neutralized with a new ministry of truth run by the feds.
  
Indeed, when Russia Today attempted to put up promotional billboards in US airports encouraging viewers to think about both sides of a story, the ads were summarily banned.
  
That’s exactly why the likes of Bill and Hillary Clinton are demanding a more aggressive psychological warfare assault on the American people – they want to create an unthinking mass that instantly accepts what they are told by government as the absolute truth, despite the fact that the US government itself has proven itself to be the pre-eminent global leader in lies and deceit, while all dissenting voices will be crushed under Cass Sunstein’s thought crime information blockade.

 A must read for anyone who wonders "how did we get here?",
Before I believe a source, I check into their history. So it is with the Fabian Society.
 
Organized in 1884, founding members included the daughter of Karl Marx - the father of communism and its sibling offshoots. Obscure history (by that I mean facts you have to dig and hunt for) has been a hobby of mine for about 20 years. I find the truth to be stranger than fiction, and the long trail of the Fabian Society (and its successful policy of "penetrate and permeate") is truly incredible. Like a seed, an idea well planted will grow on its own after a bit of nurturing. So it is with Fabian Socialism. They have shaped so much of the way the world is, and few realize it.
 
One recent fact: The Fabian Society acquired - and sealed - the archives of Eric Blair (better known as "1984" author George Orwell) when his wife died some years ago. Orwell became disenchanted with the Fabian Society and it is now thought his book was really aimed at the kind of world he believed the Fabian Society would achieve.
 
As one source put it "A careful review of the literary evidence reveals that he was aiming at the period immediately following the year 2000 but wanted to memorialize the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Fabian Society." -AND- "I once inquired through a literary agent who was a friend of Sonia Orwell, the writer's second wife, whether 1984 might be a satirical polemic directed at the Fabians. She giggled nervously and remarked that perhaps that was right. And the Fabian Society once more has catapulted itself into the picture because, upon the death of Sonia Orwell, rights to George's estate fell under control of -- the Fabian Society. According to representatives of HarperCollins, the Fabians will be in control of the 1984 copyright and name through the year 2025 and will do their best to block unauthorized investigative research about Orwell's anti-socialist works." -AND- "The Fabian logo was the turtle, not the hare. Fabians believed they could be successful in taking over national governments incrementally even if it took 100 years. So why wouldn't Orwell take them at their word?"
 
This is just the tip of the iceberg, but you'll have to dig up the rest for yourself. My best sources were old books. Sometimes it would be tidbits, like one fascinating paragraph I found in a 1938 History textbook. The paragraph stated "On their honeymoon, Eleanor Roosevelt took her husband Franklin Delano Roosevelt to visit her old friends, Sydney and Beatrice Webb" Fact is, the Webb's were the main backbone of the Fabian Society from its beginning. So here we have an early socialist influence on an American president before he came to office. Tell me, where will you find that interesting item in today's history?
 
Sometimes it would be full books, like "Fabian Freeway" by Rose Martin - a former Fabian. This is the book that got me started, and it is an awesome place to start. Sometimes I find it hard to accept some of her allegations, but she was a member and knows the inside facts...
 
So, if you ever wonder "How did we get here", do the research. You'll be glad you did.

At their founding, they made a prediction that they could accomplish their objectives within 100 years.
When Eric Blair defected from the Fabian Socialist Society, and THEN he wrote "1984".
"1984" was written  as an EXPOSE of what the Fabian Socialist Society was trying to do. It is an INSIDER's expose' of reality. It is  not a fantasy.
 
Everything in "1984" is coming to pass.

It was November of 1910 when Senator Nelson Aldridge sent his private railroad car to the New Jersey railroad station where it was held in readiness, awaiting the arrival of himself and six other men who were told to come under conditions of secrecy. They were told not be seen together as they went to the railroad station, not to dine together, not to tell anybody really except maybe the closest persons in their family where they were going, and certainly not even to tell them why they were going.

One of the men on that train carried a shotgun in a big black case for the purpose of -- had he been stopped by a newspaper reporter and asked where he was going -- he was prepared to say he was going on a duck hunting trip. And we discover later from the memoirs of one of his children that this man didn't even own that gun, he never fired a shotgun in his life, and it was a borrowed weapon simply for the purpose of deception.

What were these seven men trying so desperately to hide?

After the men boarded the private railroad car -- the equivalent of a private Boeing jet today -- they were told that when they got on board, they were to continue the conditions of total secrecy. They were instructed not to address one another by their last names. They were told to address each other by first names only, and in the case of two of these men, they dropped their first names completely and adopted code names.

From the writings of one of these men who wrote about it years later: he said that the purpose of such secrecy was so that the servants on board the railroad car would not know the names of all the participants. Obviously, they knew the name of Senator Nelson Aldridge. They were employed by him. And, they might have known the names of one or two of the others but not all, and it was the list of all of these names together that was unusual; these were very powerful and influential and well-known men. It their presence on that train has been leaked by the servants, it they had just talked about it, it might have gone from one person to another person and the first thing you know it would have been in the newspapers and would have completely defeated the purpose of the meeting.

And what was the purpose of the meeting?

Once on board the train, they traveled for two nights and a day. I'm sure they were discussing their ultimate plans all the way along, and when they awoke the next morning, they were at Brunswick, Georgia. They got off the train and were taken by ferry-boat across the inland straights to Jekyll Island. In those days, Jekyll Island was owned by a very small group of billionaires (by today's inflated standards) from New York. It was a private island. It was a resort club where the families of the very, very wealthy went to escape the cold winter months of New York.

They had beautiful "cottages" as they called them. You can visit Jekyll Island today and you can see that these so-called cottages were really mansions -- architectural splendors. But the showcase of the whole island was the clubhouse, and it too is still standing. You can visit there today. You don't have to take a ferry-boat. You can now drive across a bridge. The clubhouse is a well-preserved beautiful wooden structure. It was in that clubhouse that the men went and sat around a little table in one of the blue rooms and cranked out all the details of what was to become the "Federal Reserve System".

By the way, they also relieved all the servants at the clubhouse and brought in a new, temporary employees to serve this elite group -- again for the purpose of not being able to recognize and therefore talk about the attendees.

If you visit the island today, don't miss the main attraction. On the main floor as you're going out what you would probably call the back door, is a little narrow hallway. Just before you step outside, turn to your left and there is a door, and on the door there's a plaque, and it says, "In this room in 1910 the Federal Reserve was created."

In that room there's a table -- possibly the same one used in 1910 -- with a bunch of chairs around it and pictures of the men on the wall.

What I'm telling you is not secret, it's just not well known. I went to the research facilities of the island. They had a librarian there. She was a wonderful lady and she was more than happy to open up all of her filing cabinets and show me photographs and notes and records dating to that meeting and that period -- very helpful. So this is not secret information today. It comes from that library.

In 1910 those men sat around that table for a week and then, when they were done, they got back on the train, back in that private railroad car, and I'm sure they were still discussing it on the way back, and they they disappeared into the environs of Wall Street and New York.

For many years after that, these seven men denied -- vehemently denied -- that they attended such a meeting. Never happened, they said. Gradually, as the word got out and more people began to discuss it, they said, "Well yes, we went, but we just went to play some poker and smoke some good cigars, a gentleman's meeting, you know, and do some duck hunting.

Finally, after the Federal Reserve Act was passed into law three years later in 1913 during Woodrow Wilson's administration, and even after that, when people in America began to accept the existence of the Federal Reserve System, then and only then did these seven men begin to talk openly about their role and what they did there, what they discussed, and what decisions they made.

The decisions they made in 1910 are economically controlling you today as you read this article. Your future depends upon understanding what they are doing to you, your children, and our country --- and DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

And so today, because of their memoirs and because of the biographies that have been written about them by friendly biographers, and by the notes of their children and through interviews with newspaper reporters, you can go to any well-stocked library today and read in minute detail exactly what was on the minds of these seven men, what decisions they made and why they came to those decisions.

We are now living, enduring, and suffering their legacy.

Now, who were these seven men? The first one I've already mentioned was Senator Nelson Aldridge. He was the one who owned the railroad car. He was perhaps the most powerful politician in Washington at the time, second only to the President of the United States, who at the time was William Howard Taft. Aldridge was Chairman of the National Monetary Commission. That was the special branch of Congress which was given the job of coming up with proposed legislation that would be offered to Congress and to the American people as a solution to a big problem in banking.

The problem was that Americans were deeply concerned at that time over the concentration of financial power into the hands of a few powerful brokerage firms and banking institutions in Wall Street and in New York, and in those days they called that the Money Trust.

So Senator Aldridge was the chairman of that special committee that was to draft this legislation. Now, you need to know more about him. He was a very wealthy man, he was a business associate of JP Morgan, he was the father-in-law to John D. Rockefeller, Jr., which of course made him the grandfather to our former Vice President of the United States, Nelson Rockefeller. You may remember that Nelson Rockefeller's middle name was Aldridge; Nelson Aldridge Rockefeller, and so he was named after his very famous grandfather.

The second man on board the private railroad car to Jekyll Island was Abraham Piatt Andrew. He was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury. He was the only federal official on board, and even that is not a correct explanation or description of him, because he was Assistant Secretary of the Treasury because he came from a very wealthy banking family. He was primarily a banker before he want into Washington as Assistant Secretary of the Treasury. So, his heart and his loyalties were really with the banks -- an interesting person.

All of these seven characters were rich with history. Andrew later became a Congressman, but more than that, he represented some of the largest Wall Street investment firms and he also went to Moscow during the period leading up to the Bolshevik Revolution. He was instrumental in transmitting huge amounts of money from Wall Street into the coffers of the Bolsheviks. The plan as he and others explained it was simply to buy influence among the Bolsheviks so that when they came to power, they could then close the deal and exploit Russia's natural resources and have some influence over the political Bolsheviks. Abraham Piatt Andrew was not just an Assistant Secretary of the Treasure ... he was a man with an interesting track record and was well connected with the banking system.

The third person on board was Frank Vanderlip. He was the president of the National City Bank of New York, which was one of the big banks -- the biggest of all the banks at that time, representing the financial interests of William Rockefeller and Kuhn, Loeb & Co.

Henry Davidson was also on board that train. He was a senior partner of JP Morgan Company. Charles Norton was at Jekyll Island. He was the president of the First National Bank of New York, another one of the giants. Benjamin Strong was there. He was head of JP Morgan's Banker's Trust Company, and he later became the first actual head of the Federal Reserve System in 1913.

And, finally, last but not least: Paul Warburg was there. He was probably the most important person in terms of knowledge of banking. He was a naturalized American citizen. He was born in Germany and was a full partner of Kuhn, Loeb & Co., and then he was a representative of the Rothschild's banking dynasty in England and France, and throughout all of his career in the United States, he maintained a very close business relationship with his brother Max Warburg, who was head of the Warburg banking consortium in Germany and The Netherlands.

Those were the seven men who created the Federal Reserve System. By the way, about Warburg, if there are any little Orphan Annie fans here, you may remember the character Daddy Warbucks. If you had lived at that time, you would have known that Daddy Warbucks was really a characterization of Paul Warburg, even his appearance -- the bald-head and everything else.

These seven men were well known at the time and they were the subject of cartoons and caricatures. If you recall the game Monopoly, the original art work in Monopoly -- a little fat banker with a cigar sitting on a bag of money -- that's J.P. Morgan.

These are the men who went to Jekyll Island under conditions of extreme secrecy and created the Federal Reserve System. According to the estimates in the newspapers at the time, these men represented directly, through the wealth which they personally controlled or, indirectly, through the institutions which they directed -- the banking institutions around the world. They represented approximately one-fourth OF THE WEALTH OF THE ENTIRE WORLD. Now, think about that for a minute: are these the kind of fellows you would want to break the grip of the Money Trust?

Why did the banks and the federal government form this partnership? What's in it for them? When people go into partnership, there's usually something of benefit to both partners or they wouldn't do it. So, let's take a look at that and, in order to answer that question, we have to examine for a moment how money is created in America and most of the world today. I call this the Mandrake Mechanism, because it does enable the banks to create money out of nothing and to cause it to disappear back into nothing. Now, let's see how this process works.

Congress likes to spend money --- lots and lots of money, because that makes Congressmen popular; they get elected by giving away benefits, etc. Spending money is an important activity for politicians, but raising taxes in order to pay for their benefits is not a popular thing. So politicians always have this dilemma of how to spend more money without increasing taxes.

But if you're a politician, that is no problem whatsoever. You just borrow it like anybody else might borrow it. If you want to spend more than you take in, you borrow it, and then you can spend it for awhile, at least. On the private side of the equation, people like you and me can only do that up to a point and then we run out of credit and we lose our property.

Politicians don't have that little problem because they can just keep creating it and creating it, increasing the national debt and so forth, and they never expect to pay it back. It never crosses their minds. They just know that in their dark little hearts, they're going to keep creating money, borrowing money, spending and spending, until the economy collapses, and they they'll say, "Golly, I wonder what happened?" And then they'll start it all over again until everyone is bankrupt.

Now what? Here's where the Creature from Jekyll Island -- the Federal Reserve System -- comes into the picture. Let's just mentally imagine that the Secretary of the Treasury walks into the Federal Reserve building and the president of the Federal Reserve says, "Come in, Sir, we've been expecting you. Since you come here every day, we know you're here for a loan." The treasury official says, "Yes, I'm here for a loan." And the Federal Reserve officer says, "Well, how much would you like today?" And the treasury official says, "Oh, another billion would probably cover us until noon tomorrow." And the Federal Reserve president says, "No problem."

The treasury official says, thank you very much. On his way out, he deposits the billion dollar loan from the Federal Reserve into the account of the federal government, and now the federal government has another billion dollars, just like that. Everybody's happy.


The question, though, is WHERE DID THOSE BILLIONS OF DOLLARS COME FROM? Who put it into the account? Who invested it in there? What account? As a matter of fact, it turns out there is no account. There's no money. It is simply created. It's just a bad check is all it is, but nobody's allowed to call it a bad check because it's "legalized" by the Federal Reserve Act. If you and I were to do it, we would go to jail; but the Federal Reserve can do it because Congress wants them to do it.

You see, this is a beautiful source of any amount of money in a heartbeat. Whenever the federal government needs paper "money" ... like all the bailouts you've been hearing about lately ... they get it -- created out of thin air by the Federal Reserve. The Federal Reserve System creates it out of thin air anytime the government needs it and then gives it to the federal government, supposedly as a loan. But they're not loaning anything. They've just created it. It's an act of creation (of phony paper money unbacked by gold or silver), not an act of loaning. So that's why the politicians are in the partnership because it is a very convenient and reassuring way to know that they can get any amount of "money" at an instant notice, any time they need it.

Why are the banks in it? The Federal Reserve says that the banks have to keep 10% of all their loans in reserve. So, if all their loans that are out there have to be backed by 10% in reserve --- I, as a smart banker, get a piece of paper out there and I write across the top oft he ledger "reserve". I enter $1,000. Okay. $1,000 is 10% of what? Oh, $10,000. So that means I can loan $9,000 and still have 10% reserves, can't I, because I put the reserve in first. So now, I can create the money out of thin air and loan it to you, and I've complied with my requirement through the Federal Reserve because I have 10% in reserve.

By the time they add in the interest they're making on nothing, now the interest figure goes up by at least a factor of nine -- at least that, and in some cases even more because they have ways of repeatedly rotating this process in and out and working on the float.

Let's see how it affects YOU. When this money is created out of nothing, the money supply expands. It expands at a rate greater than the expansion of goods and services. The discrepancy between the money supply and the value that's underneath it is what we call inflation. Prices appear to be going up. I say "appear" to be going up because they're not really going up. What's really happening is that the VALUE OF THE DOLLAR IS GOING DOWN. That's the real equation.

Had we lived in ancient Rome and we had a one ounce gold coin, we would have been able to buy with it a nice toga, a hand-crafted belt, and a pair of sandals -- that's about the price. Today, we've got a once ounce gold coin, a Krugerrand or something with no particular numismatic value, just one ounce of gold, and you take it to a bank and cash it or take it to a coin store and cash it in real fast before your paper money loses value --- and you'll find you can buy a nice suit, a hand-crafted belt, and a nice pair of shoes. The price of these things hasn't really changed in thousands of years when based upon something of tangible value.

REPORT CARD ON THE FEDERAL RESERVE

Let's take a look at how well the Federal Reserve has done its mission. Let's give it a report card. Just how well has it done over the past 96+ years?

Since 1913, when it was enacted in law by Congress, the Federal Reserve has presided over the crashes of 1921 and 1929, The Great Depression of 1929-1939, recessions in the years 1953, 1957, 1969, 1975, 1981, a stock market Black Monday in 1987, Mr. Toad's Wild Ride in the stock market since the fall of 1998, and now a complete meltdown of the dollar, soaring corporate debt, soaring personal debt greater than ever, business and personal bankruptcies are at an all-time high, banks and savings and loans have failed in larger numbers than ever before, interest on the national debt is consuming half of our tax dollars, interest on consumer debt has driven the average personal savings rate into a negative range, unemployment is increasing, and --- although income has risen each year in terms of paper dollars --- the real purchasing power of such paper dollars for the middle class has been dropping steadily for over 35 years.

The national debt is well over 7 trillion dollars and now in a vertical climb. A stack of $100 bills equaling 5 trillion dollars would rise 3,350 miles into space. Inflation since 1913 has been well over 1,000 percent and it has destroyed more than 90 percent of the purchasing power of the American people in that time.

By ANY reasonable standard of evaluation over the past 96+ years, here is the Federal Reserve System's grade in that report card: F minus.

Let's summarize.

What is the benefit to the members of the partnership? The federal government benefits because it is able to tax the American people any amount it wishes through a process which the people do not understand called inflation. They don't realize they're being taxed which makes it real handy when you're going for re-election. On the banking side they're able to earn perpetual interest on nothing. I emphasis the word "perpetual" because remember when the loan is paid back it's turned around and loaned out to somebody else. Once that money is created the object of the bank is to stay "loaned up" as they say. In reality the banks can never stay 100% loaned up and that ratio varies a lot but the objective is to stay loaned up to whatever extent is possible. Generally speaking once this money is created in the loan process it is out there in the economy forever, perpetually earning interest for one of the members of the banking cartel which created that money.

I came to the conclusion that the Federal Reserve needed to be abolished for six reasons. I'd like to read them to you now just so that you get an idea of where I'm coming from. I put these into the most concise phrasing that I can to make them somewhat shocking and maybe you'll remember them:

1. The Federal Reserve is incapable of accomplishing its stated objectives.

2. It is a cartel operating against the public interest.

3. It's the supreme instrument of usury.

4. It generates our most unfair tax.

5. It encourages war.

6. It destabilizes the economy.

At this point you may be wondering, what's the ultimate objective of the individuals that own the Federal Reserve System? Are they simply accumulating hundreds of billions of dollars in interest on our national debt and hoarding it somewhere for themselves? No, they're spending it. They're not accumulating it at all. What are they spending it for? The answer may surprise you. They're not buying more yachts and mansions with this money, they've already got all of those they possibly want. They are spending it to acquire control over the power centers of society. This process has gone on not only to a marked degree in America and in the other industrialized nations of the world, but it has gone on in the so-called third world or underdeveloped nations to such a degree that I would say the process is now complete. They own these countries already. Have you ever wondered what's going on there at the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank? Kind of an obscure operation isn't it? you don't read much about it except once in a while on the back page of the newspaper you find out that Congress at the insistence of the President authorized another $100 billion for the International Monetary Fund. And then the article tells you that this money will be used to make loans to underdeveloped nations or grants to them to raise their standard of living. Do you REALLY believe that? That's one of those appearances of the fourth kind if you ever saw one. If the money is to be used to raise the standard of living of these countries they're not doing a very good job of it because after all of these decades, after all of these hundreds of billions of dollars, you cannot point to one country that has had its standard of living raised one iota by that process. In fact, in most cases it's the other way around and that's not an accident because the money has not been used to raise the standard of living. The money does not go to the people in those countries. It goes to the politicians of those countries, to their governments, and the money is designed and spent to strengthen their power structures, their ability to control their populations. They usually start off as inefficient dictatorships but by the time they get all this money from the IMF, they are now efficient dictatorships. They have a well-equipped army, a better bureaucracy, and TOTAL CONTROL OF THEIR SUBJECTS. That's where the money --- YOUR money --- is being spent.

These countries have been purchased because the politicians in those countries are now totally addicted to this money. We talk about welfare families in America that are third and fourth generation welfare, they're on the dole forever, they cannot dream of anything else. The politicians in these countries are the same way and it's now second, third and in some cases fourth generation international welfare from the United Nations funding. They have no ideology --- communism, socialism, capitalism, fascism, what difference does it make? Where's the money? As long as they live well, they have their mansions, their yachts, their limousines, they go to New York to the UN and have their suites at the Waldorf-Asoria and that's all they care about.

These countries have been purchased through this means and are now owned by these powerful banking interests. Not only does this transfer of wealth from America to these countries not raise their standard of living, but it does lower ours. That too, believe it or not, is part of the plan. Just waste, get rid of money, get rid of productive power to reduce our standard of living. A strong nation is not a candidate to surrender its sovereignty but a weak nation is. If America can ECONOMICALLY be brought to her knees where she is struggling for survival, if her people are hungry, if we have riots in our streets, then Americans could possibly be grateful for any assistance we could get from the U.N. (under the financial control of the same powerful banking interests).

Those wonderful blue-helmeted peace-keeping forces could bring order back to our streets or create an international money, a new world money with purchasing power that again might be welcomed by the unthinking, unknowing American public devastated first by depression and then by runaway inflation.

Meanwhile, we've lost the liberties for which the founders of America gave "their lives and sacred honor."

What I'm trying to say is that the name of the game out there is not wealth, it is power.

POWER.

There you have in a condensed form a crash course on the Federal Reserve System and I can assure you that you know more about the Federal Reserve than you would probably if you enrolled in a four year course in economics because they don't teach this reality in school.

It is unfortunate, but understandable, that young people in the United States are not taught (in the government's schools) the history and operation of their country's most powerful financial institution, The Federal Reserve System. Several of these same Wall Street banks financed Adolph Hitler's rise to power two decades later preceding World War II. That's called "playing both sides to benefit the middleman." Ultimately, Hitler became the bankers' Frankenstein, so he had to be destroyed. But in the process of destroying him, even more war-generated money was realized by the Federal Reserve bankers-in-charge.

At this point you may be wondering, what's the ultimate objective of the individuals that own the Federal Reserve System? Are they simply accumulating hundreds of billions of dollars in interest on our national debt and hoarding it somewhere for themselves? No, they're spending it. They're not accumulating it at all. What are they spending it for? The answer may surprise you. They're not buying more yachts and mansions with this money, they've already got all of those they possibly want. In fact they got rid of the mansions on Jekyll Island a long time ago because they were bored with them. That's not it. When a person has all the wealth that you could possibly want for the material pleasures of life, what is left? Power. They are using their river of wealth to acquire power over you and me and our children and our children's children.

They are spending it to acquire control over the power centers of society. The power centers are those groups and institutions through which individuals live and act and rely on for their information. They are literally buying up the world but not the real estate and the hardware; they're buying control over the organizations, the groups and institutions that control people. In other words, to be specific, they are buying control over politicians, political parties, television networks, cable networks, newspapers, magazines, publishing houses, wire services, motion picture studios, universities, labor unions, church organizations, trade associations, tax-exempt foundations, multi-national corporations, boy scouts, girl scouts, you name it. Make your own list of organizations and you will find that this is where those individuals have been for many decades spending their river of wealth to acquire operational control, particularly over those institutions and individuals, those organizations, that represent opposition to themselves. That's a critical area for expenditure on their part.

This process has gone on not only to a marked degree in America and in the other industrialized nations of the world, but it has gone on in the so-called third world or underdeveloped nations to such a degree that I would say the process is now complete. They own these countries already. Have you ever wondered what's going on there at the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank? Kind of an obscure operation isn't it? you don't read much about it except once in a while on the back page of the newspaper you find out that Congress at the insistence of the President authorized another $100 billion for the International Monetary Fund. And then the article tells you that this money will be used to make loans to underdeveloped nations or grants to them to raise their standard of living. Do you REALLY believe that? That's one of those appearances of the fourth kind if you ever saw one. If the money is to be used to raise the standard of living of these countries they're not doing a very good job of it because after all of these decades, after all of these hundreds of billions of dollars, you cannot point to one country that has had its standard of living raised one iota by that process. In fact, in most cases it's the other way around and that's not an accident because the money has not been used to raise the standard of living. The money does not go to the people in those countries. It goes to the politicians of those countries, to their governments, and the money is designed and spent to strengthen their power structures, their ability to control their populations. They usually start off as inefficient dictatorships but by the time they get all this money from the IMF, they are now efficient dictatorships. They have a well-equipped army, a better bureaucracy, and TOTAL CONTROL OF THEIR SUBJECTS. That's where the money --- YOUR money --- is being spent.

These countries have been purchased because the politicians in those countries are now totally addicted to this money. We talk about welfare families in America that are third and fourth generation welfare, they're on the dole forever, they cannot dream of anything else. The politicians in these countries are the same way and it's now second, third and in some cases fourth generation international welfare from the United Nations funding. They have no ideology --- communism, socialism, capitalism, fascism, what difference does it make? Where's the money? As long as they live well, they have their mansions, their yachts, their limousines, they go to New York to the UN and have their suites at the Waldorf-Asoria and that's all they care about.

These countries have been purchased through this means and are now owned by these powerful banking interests. Not only does this transfer of wealth from America to these countries not raise their standard of living, but it does lower ours. That too, believe it or not, is part of the plan. Just waste, get rid of money, get rid of productive power to reduce our standard of living. A strong nation is not a candidate to surrender its sovereignty but a weak nation is. If America can ECONOMICALLY be brought to her knees where she is struggling for survival, if her people are hungry, if we have riots in our streets, then Americans could possibly be grateful for any assistance we could get from the U.N. (under the financial control of the same powerful banking interests).

Those wonderful blue-helmeted peace-keeping forces could bring order back to our streets or create an international money, a new world money with purchasing power that again might be welcomed by the unthinking, unknowing American public devastated first by depression and then by runaway inflation.

Meanwhile, we've lost the liberties for which the founders of America gave "their lives and sacred honor."

What I'm trying to say is that the name of the game out there is not wealth, it is power.

POWER.

Our enemies have been working on total economic control for 100 years. Their entire plan began after the turn of the last century, and they have the long view of history. Unless we too have the long view of history, we're never going to turn it around. But we must take the long view of history because our children, grand-children, and great-grandchildren will otherwise pay the price for our indifference and apathy.

If you and/or your senators and representative are in favor of the P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act you may want to think twice. Recently, a friend of mine had his home raided by a SWAT team for three hours - operating without a search warrant. Why? Because Walter Reddy is a good patriot and a good American? In a police state, it doesn't matter. You see another man who knows of Walter went to the police station and made wild accusations about him. And even though, the man refused sign to (swear to) his statement to police, the police nonetheless acted on the hearsay and unsubstantiated charges. Oh and of course they confiscated his lawful firearms though he was not then nor is he now charged with any crime.

Let's wake up and grow up! The so-called P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act is nothing more than a license for a police state to operate with impunity. This dangerous act is as unconstitutional and unAmerican as it can be. Police actions under it routinely violate the First Amendment, Second Amendment, Fourth Amendment and Fifth Amendment of your innocent fellow Americans. Walter is just another man who is trying to right America's severely listing republic. Don't expect to see this article on the nighly news. America, we can do better and we MUST!

The "straw grabbing" contrivance is now to claim that he blocked traffic. The jack boots chose to block traffic by illegally detaining a law abiding citizen. Anderson just wanted to leave, but he was not allowed to do so.

First they tortured him for refusing to answer questions. THEN they told him that he had the right to remain silent. How can there be a duty to answer questions if there is a right to remain silent?
His rights did not just appear when they advised him of them. HE ALREADY KNEW that he had the right to remain silent, and he did so.

On the February 15th broadcast of America's Newsroom Fox Reported the results of the win. when they opened the report they played the recording of the 2010 results rather than the actual 2011 recording. A clear difference is seen in the crowd reaction and in the attire worn by Tony Fabrizio who read the results to the audience. The crowd reaction was remarkably different even though Ron Paul won in both cases. This, however, is the first time they have been caught SWAPPING footage in an attempt to sway public opinion of a Presidential contender.
