In addition to denying the right to an attorney, Lindsey Graham is also openly advocates abolition of the right to a trial by jury, the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty, & the right to remain silent. All these rights are to be swept away by simply making accusations that need not be judged by any jury. He has also, at other times, advocated the suspension of Habeous Corpus.

Sen. Bright sponsored the Constitutional Carry Act of 2013. Constitutional Carry means that, within a given jurisdiction, carrying of concealed firearms is not restricted by law. When a state or other jurisdiction has adopted Constitutional Carry, it is legal for law-abiding citizens to carry a handgun, firearm, or other weapon concealed with or without an applicable permit or license.
Sen. Bright says “The Second Amendment says that our rights to have firearms cannot be infringed upon and that’s what the federal government is doing right now. If you want to change the Constitution, change the Constitution but the Constitution clearly says that those rights shall not be infringed, and once you have to have a permit to assert a right then you can start requiring people to have permits to speak and a lot of other things.” Requiring a permit to exercise a constitutional right, is the same as infringing the right. Keep the Federal Government Shut Down!

 
 
 
 

As the charade of a “government shutdown” continued the show in Washington, D.C. we saw more and more clearly, how worthless the Federal government really is. The Federal government can be shut down, and life goes on. Why not just shut it down FOREVER? Wouldn't it be nice to have no more federal taxes? It is a good thing that we do not get as much government as the amount for which we pay. The difference between theft and taxation is that when a thief takes you money he does not use it to interfere with your life and business.

How long did it take to shut down the government? Did it happen in 8 hours without preparation?

Here is definitely something to think about! Apparently Democrats can plan after all.
Did anyone wonder how they got all those signs printed and distributed far and wide,  including to all the national parks and cemeteries overseas only eight to ten hours after the government shut down? 

 Take a look at  this, from someone who wanted to remain anonymous:
I have worked in the government on and off for 30 years. During that time I became quite familiar with requisitions, bidding, awarding contracts etc.  It is a time consuming process with bean-counters and pencil-necked bureaucrats every step of  the way. The simplest  request takes months, not days or hours.

In less than 8 hours of the shutdown, miraculously, professionally printed 3X4 foot signs  appeared all over the country in the tens of thousands saying:

“this [park,  facility, etc. with custom logos] closed due to government shutdown."

There has not been a government shutdown in 17 years. These signs were designed, specifications were determined, signs were then requisitioned, bids were posted and vetted, government contracts were awarded. The materials were then ordered and the signs manufactured then distributed U.S. Mails or freight companies.

This shutdown was orchestrated and planned well in advance at least 6-8 months ago.   Millions of tax dollars were appropriated and spent in this process. There is a  paper trail a mile long leading directly to the White House.

Why Not just KEEP the Federal Government Shut Down?

Here is the power, in the Constitution, to close down the entire tyranny:

Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution requires that “all bills for raising Revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives, but the Senate may propose or concur with Amendments as on other bills.”

 
The controlled establishment media is telling us that the Federal Government is shutting down.  They are trying to make us think that this is bad. What is the problem?
 
 
What will we miss if the Federal Government shuts down?
 
 
Will we no longer have an army of bureaucrats telling us how to run our lives, and how to run our  businesses?
 
 
Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms ought to be A Convenience Store, not a government agency.
 
 
Will we no longer be molested by the TSA before we are allowed to travel?
 
  
 
 
 
Will there be no one spying on us, reading our emails, listening to our phone calls, or illegally searching our property?
 
 
 
 
THE NSA IS THE ONLY PART OF YOUR GOVERNMENT THAT ACTUALLY LISTENS TO YOU.
 
 
Will they shut down the internal checkpoints, which are no where near any border, and which violate our constitutional rights? Achtung! Ve must see your papers! Are zey in order?
 
 
Will the drones be grounded and will the killing of people all over the world be stopped?
 
 
 
Will we stop paying workers not to work?
Will we stop paying farmers not to farm?
Will we stop paying unwed mothers to have MORE babies?
 
 
 
 
 
They tell us that the National Parks will be closed. How will they be closed if there is no one there to keep people out? Doesn't this really mean that the National Parks will be more open, than they ever were before?
 
Do we really believe that the federal government can provide us all with health care if they do not have the money to run a park?
 
 
 
Will we stop giving money away to every country in the world, including out enemies?
 
 
 
 
We borrow money from big dictatorships and then give it away to small dictatorships. What would happen to your own economic stability if you borrowed money and then gave it away?
 
 
 
Will we stop giving money away to the United Nations? Which person at the United Nations is elected by free voters?

Will we immediately withdraw from all areas where we are conducting undeclared wars, which MEANS illegal wars?
 
 
Will we immediately close our secret prison system at Guantanamo and any other places such as what was exposed at Abu Ghraib?
 
 
Will we stop arming militants who are trying to overthrow other governments?
 
 
Will the Obama family stop taking repeated vacations which cost the American people millions of dollars each?
 
 
 
 
Will the Teleprompter Operators be laid off? But that might mean that we would never hear from Obama again. Senators Rand Paul and Ted Cruz recently spoke for hours barely even using notes. Obama cannot speak for 15 minutes without a teleprompter.
 
 
 
 
Will the Federal government return function of law enforce back over to local governments as is has been since the founding of this nation until the passing of Patriot Act? Central control over police is the very meaning to the term "police state".

Will our government stop paying interest on worthless paper notes that the Federal Reserve created out of nothing, and then "loaned" to us at interest? Why don't we just pay them back with another piece of paper? I suggest that we produce a very fine certificate the says "United States Constitutional Republic Note". Print whatever number on it that we need in order to state quite honestly that it is equal in value to whatever number of Federal Reserve notes that we supposedly owe to the Federal Reserve. Then tell the Federal Reserve that they have been paid in full.

In actuality, it is very unlikely that ANY of these things will be shut down. Instead, our government will use this fiasco as an excuse to default on their LEGITIMATE obligations. They will try to take money away from the people who have earned it. Our veterans served this country, and risked their lives, in accordance with contractual agreements made with the United States government. What would happen to any business that refused to pay its employees as promised?
 
 
Most senior citizens worked for as much as 50 years to earn the money that the federal government forced them to deposit into the TRUST FUND that is known as "social security". The federal government made no contribution to that trust fund. What would happen to a lawyer, a banker, or any other administrator of a trust, if he converted trust money to his own use and benefit, and then failed to deliver it as agreed?
 
 
Other than meeting the contractual obligations that the federal government has, I see no problem at all with shutting the federal government down. I only wonder why it has not already happened.
They will try to scare us into funding criminal aspects of government by claiming that if we do not give them money for Obamacare, they will stop paying veterans benefits and social security. Veterans benefits and social security are EARNED CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS, NOT GIFTS. If your banker took money, that was being held in trust for you, he would go to jail. If your lawyer took money, that was being held in trust for you, he would go to jail and be disbarred.
If government does what would be a crime for a citizen, you have tyranny.

The Question that Stops Police Bluffing- Am I being detained or am I free to go?

  
  
  
Holding up a sign that says 'SPEED TRAP' about four blocks away from a speed trap is not illegal. Police tried to bluff and threaten a peaceful citizen with arrest.
The question that stops police bluffing is a simple one: "Am I being detained or am I free to go?"
  
The policeman was obviously upset that he was being filmed.
When police ask for permission to do a warrantless search they like to ask "What do you have to hide?"
WHAT DO POLICE HAVE TO HIDE?

Do you remember when it was the people,

who were being arrested, who hid their faces?

  
Government now does warrantless wiretaps, monitors emails, installs surveilance cameras all over town, and uses aerial drones and satelites. They snoop in your financial transactions. They snoop in your medical records, and they keep a data base on you.
Yet they will try to make you think that they can put you in jail if you record their behavior in a public place. We seem to hear a lot about transparency of government near election times. What is wrong with picture?
 
Of course this is no where near being the worst abuse that is being committed by our police these days.

Monsanto, and the government agencies that regulate Monsanto, are linked like a revolving door: with individuals rotating between working for one, and then working for the other. In short, the fox is guarding the hen house.
Monsanto is most known for GMO foods. Genetically modified foods are believed to be unsafe by many people, and are strictly regulated in many countries, but not in the United States. Labeling foods as genetically modified is required in 64 other countries, but not in the United States.

In the United States Monsanto is given the right to patent seeds, and to require farmers to buy new seeds every year. Saving seeds from a previous crop is prohibited by law. Farmers have even been required to destroy their OWN seeds, because Monsanto Genetically modified seeds mysteriously contaminated their fields, and became mingled with their own seeds. When this happens the unmodified, and natural seeds, that may have been the result of generations of selection is simply destroyed under the color of law.  

On Friday, September 20, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Continuing Resolution (H.J.RES.59), which will keep the government running through December 15. But the Continuing Resolution also extends the Monsanto Protection Act, which is officially called the Farmers Assurance Provision. This law gives biotech firms immunity from federal prosecution for illegally growing GMO crops.

Message to World- American PEOPLE Are Not Your Enemy.

Google NDAA & Indefinite Detention. Guns being outlawed. Searches without warrants, checkpoints, wiretaps, government surveillance of financial records, medical records, emails, internet ETC. Cameras everywhere. Confiscatory taxation, civil forfeiture. DHS just bought 2.2 Billion rounds of HOLLOW POINT AMMO & 30000 Predator drones.  HOLLOW POINTS ARE NOT USED FOR TARGET SHOOTING. This ammo is illegal to use in the military because it violates the conventions. It's only use is domestic use, against the American people. This is enough ammo to shoot everyone in the United States four times.
 
It took a 13 hour filibuster by Senator Rand Paul took get Obama to even respond to a very simple question: "Do you claim that you have the authority to kill Americans who have not been convicted of any crime?"

Can a government agency block criticism by claiming copyright infringement? Sounds a bit ridiculous but it is happening. The NSA is effectively stopping one small business owner from criticism, by claiming that by using its name he has infringed on their copyright.
Can they do that? This is a Reality Check you won't see anywhere else.
  
Government property is PUBLIC property. In a free country the government IS the people, and the government is OWNED by the people. Everything that is produced by the government is owned by the people. When government claims that they have a copyright they are claiming that they are NOT a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. If there were people who did not already know that, this has now been made quite clear.
  
So who is it that REALLY owns our government?

It is significant that this oppression of free speech was done without any legal process being served. The NSA simply made an unsupported assertion, and used intimidation to cause a third party marketing agent to force them to serve as their flunkie.

Now the producer of the T-shirt in question could still find another third party to facilitate marketing.  Dan McCall, the owner of the company called Liberty Maniacs, was told by Razzle.com that they would no longer promote the products which were not approved by the NSA. Welcome to the Thought Police.

Call U.S. Senators-Oppose Strike on Syria

A "Hate Crime" is an ordinary crime; which is given FEDERAL jurisdiction,
and more severe penalty, because of the alleged THOUGHTS of the
defendant.
 
Who has the right to define such a term as "cult"?
If freedom of religion exists THERE IS NO ONE who
has authority to "approve" or "disapprove" of ANY religion.
 
"Cult member" is a modern word for what George Orwell called
a "thought criminal".

What kind of government will that be?

This is the best resource that is available for understanding the United States government's program for killing people using drones.
Today's drone pilot was yesterday's violent video gamer. Murderers have euphemisms for KILL. Mafia calls it "whack". Hitler called it "cleanse".
Abortionists call it "choice". Stalin called it "purge". CIA calls it "sanction".
Drone murderers refer to it as "prosecuting the target". It is interesting that that have chosen a term that pretends some sort of judicial legitimacy.
Terrorists won. Agenda implemented. We are police state.
 
On 03-06-13 Sen. Rand Paul spoke to the US Senate for 13 hours simply attempting to assert that the Bill of Rights should be honored. His goal was to obtain a commitment from Obama, Attorney General Holder & our new Muslim CIA Director, John Brennan that American citizens would not be murdered without due process; which means trial by jury.
We would have thought it would have been a simple thing to get Obama to promise that he would not kill Americans never convicted of any crime. In the end Brennan was confirmed. He was not sworn in with his hand on the Bible; nor the Koran. He was sworn in with his hand on a copy of the Constitution that did NOT include the Bill of Rights.

Investigative journalist Michael Hastings was working on a story on CIA Director John Brennan when he was killed in a fiery car explosion on June 19, 2013. His Mercedes exploded in Hollywood, California. The engine was found 100 feet down the street. A witness said that the sound of the blast was like a bomb explosion that shook nearby houses.

Now the feds tell us that America is the battlefield. Is the United States still a government of law? Nothing in the Constitution or laws gives the President the right to kill any human being. Those accused of crimes are innocent until proven guilty.  Only a jury can find the accused guilty. Only a judge can impose a sentence. Obama has no authority to order the death of any American no matter where he is, and no matter what allegation is made against him.
If we allow the president to order any person's death without any due process we have accepted tyranny.
  
The freedom of the enforcers is at risk too. Tyrants need stormtroopers while gaining power. They kill them later. Whoever the tyrant allows to survive will meet justice after the tyrant falls. NUREMBERG WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. Stormtroopers are peacocks one day & feather dusters the next.
