Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the
federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law,
arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain
people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an
emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid
development of new programs."
 
Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid
contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to
build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States.
The government has also contracted with several companies to build
thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly
to transport detainees.
 
According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is
part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal
the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."
 
Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have
complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars
should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is:
What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment
of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to
house perhaps millions of people?
 
Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of
the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the
power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the
president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural
disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in
which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the
extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."
 
The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just
before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment
of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of
"terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's
policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.
 
Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential
Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure "continuity of government" in the event
of what the document vaguely calls a "catastrophic emergency." Should
the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he
alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure
"continuity of government." This could include everything from canceling
elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack.
Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.
 
U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a
new way to expand the domestic "war on terror." Her Violent Radicalization
and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955), which passed
the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a commission to
"examine and report upon the facts and causes" of so-called violent
radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations
on combatting it.
 
According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her
colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a native
brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping investigative
power to combat it.
 
A clue as to where Harman's commission might be aiming is the Animal
Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who "engage in sit-ins,
civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal
rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion
protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists,
peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters ... the list
goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf, the National
Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror
suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.
 
What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make
contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?
 
The Constitution does not allow the executive to have unchecked power
under any circumstances. The people must not allow the president to use
the war on terrorism to rule by fear instead of by law.

Here is a video that I have no way of verifying. After the high level of interest that has  been expressed, I have concluded that people should at least have the chance to judge it for themselves. It does not matter if we are hearing pure madness or clever government propaganda. In either case it is fatal to deal with government shills or ignorant dreamers.

The usual procedure is that ten or twenty stormtroopers take one man, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. If he still has a gun, his gun never comes out, because it happens too fast. He does not even wake the neighbors. Usually he thinks that he will be able to work it out in court.

Since an entire ARMY of stormtroopers focuses on one town at a time,
the next morning thousands of people are gone.
WHOEVER IS LEFT IS SCARED TO DEATH, AND THEY ARE JUST GLAD THAT THEY WERE NOT TAKEN. The people in the next town never know what happened until it is their turn. Communications systems "fail" as soon as it begins.
Increases in technology work to the benefit of tyranny. High tech systems cost too much for the little people, but not too much for government. Ask what is left of the Branch Dravidians in Waco.
At the time that the Feds came to snatch Elian Gonzalez every cell phone stopped working. They can also turn off electricity  and come in with night vision equipment. Battery operated strobe lights might be a good purchase. Do not be quiet. Sound an alarm. Wake the neighbors. Loud sirens of security systems, fog horns or bells might be nice.
 
Tell those people who just keep saying "It can't happen here" to talk with an American Indian or a Japanese American. It has ALREADY happened here.

One spin that is being put forth is the assertion that "martial law" was just a figure of speech. This assertion is that Rep Michael Burgess was referring to martial law under the rules of Congress. Look at the passion of Rep Michael Burgess and see if he could possibly be responding to a "figure of speech", or some of the rules of Congress.
A part of this spin is that the idea that this martial law only applies to the Congress, not to the American people.
Would this really be important if this was true? This is like being told that you are not being killed, BUT you are just having your heart removed.
If you know nothing else about Roman history you know that Caesar left the Senate functioning as a semblance of the old Republic.
The important change was that the only function of the Senator was to do exactly as Caesar said to do.

The "straw grabbing" contrivance is now to claim that he blocked traffic. The jack boots chose to block traffic by illegally detaining a law abiding citizen. Anderson just wanted to leave, but he was not allowed to do so.

First they tortured him for refusing to answer questions. THEN they told him that he had the right to remain silent. How can there be a duty to answer questions if there is a right to remain silent?
His rights did not just appear when they advised him of them. HE ALREADY KNEW that he had the right to remain silent, and he did so.
They claimed that a DOG gave them "probable cause", and then they claimed that "probable cause" gave them the right to search. "Probable cause" is not the right to search. "Probable cause" is the right to ASK a judge for a search warrant:

Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the
federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law,
arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain
people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an
emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid
development of new programs."
 
Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid
contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to
build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States.
The government has also contracted with several companies to build
thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly
to transport detainees.
 
According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is
part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal
the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."
 
Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have
complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars
should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is:
What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment
of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to
house perhaps millions of people?
 
Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of
the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the
power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the
president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural
disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in
which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the
extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."
 
The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just
before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment
of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of
"terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's
policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.
 
Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential
Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure "continuity of government" in the event
of what the document vaguely calls a "catastrophic emergency." Should
the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he
alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure
"continuity of government." This could include everything from canceling
elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack.
Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.
 
U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a
new way to expand the domestic "war on terror." Her Violent Radicalization
and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955), which passed
the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a commission to
"examine and report upon the facts and causes" of so-called violent
radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations
on combatting it.
 
According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her
colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a native
brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping investigative
power to combat it.
 
A clue as to where Harman's commission might be aiming is the Animal
Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who "engage in sit-ins,
civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal
rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion
protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists,
peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters ... the list
goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf, the National
Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror
suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.
 
What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make
contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?
 
The Constitution does not allow the executive to have unchecked power
under any circumstances. The people must not allow the president to use
the war on terrorism to rule by fear instead of by law.

Who believes that this is true? You judge it for yourself.
Here is a video that I have no way of verifying. After the high level of interest that has  been expressed, I have concluded that people should at least have the chance to judge it for themselves. These videos are presented WITHOUT ANY CREDITS BEING GIVEN. These videos are supposedly produced by a CIA agent; who found his OWN NAME on a list of people to be liquidated, and then decided to tell the public. The voice is electronically altered. The usual procedure is that ten or twenty stormtroopers take one man, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. If he still has a gun, his gun never comes out, because it happens too fast. He does not even wake the neighbors. Usually he thinks that he will be able to work it out in court.

Since an entire ARMY of stormtroopers focuses on one town at a time,
the next morning thousands of people are gone.
WHOEVER IS LEFT IS SCARED TO DEATH, AND THEY ARE JUST GLAD THAT THEY WERE NOT TAKEN. The people in the next town never know what happened until it is their turn. Communications systems "fail" as soon as it begins.
Increases in technology work to the benefit of tyranny. High tech systems cost too much for the little people, but not too much for government. Ask what is left of the Branch Dravidians in Waco.
At the time that the Feds came to snatch Elian Gonzalez every cell phone stopped working. They can also turn off electricity  and come in with night vision equipment. Battery operated strobe lights might be a good purchase. Do not be quiet. Sound an alarm. Wake the neighbors. Loud sirens of security systems, fog horns or bells might be nice.
 
Tell those people who just keep saying "It can't happen here" to talk with an American Indian or a Japanese American. It has ALREADY happened here.

Here is a simple question: Without conspiracy, how could the "bailout" of the  banksters happen? Anyone can see that the voters opposed it. One congressman said that his feedback was running 50/50: That was 50% no and 50% HELL NO! The "bailout"  was not just against the will of the voters. The "bailout"  was unconstitutional. The "bailout"  was illegal. The "bailout"  was not in the approved federal budget. The "bailout"  was a violation of common sense.
Who WANTED the "bailout"?
The answer is simple: THE CONSPIRACY  WANTED the "bailout"!
 
WITHOUT a conspiracy could we have a President, born in Kenya, in violation to our constitution?
 
Go to any code of legal statutes and do a search on the word "conspiracy".
You will find hundreds of laws that address the concept of conspiracy to commit SMALL crimes.
Every crime that involves more than one person results from a conspiracy.
Totalitarianism cannot be implemented without conspiracy.
It is not possible to assert that the biggest crimes do not involve conspiracies.
The existence of conspiracies has been proven so many times that it is beyond debate.

The Danger of a Constitutional Convention

  
The Constitutional convention is a conspiracy to destroy our republic: nothing more and nothing less.
The real question about Constitutional Convention is this:

Do we need to give the power to write a new constitution to the very people who have been ignoring, usurping, and trying to destroy the constitution that we have now?

A Constitutional Convention is not a procedure for making a small change.
A Constitutional Convention is not a procedure for enforcing an existing law.
A Constitutional Convention is a procedure for giving us an ENTIRELY NEW Constitution.
THERE IS NO WAY TO "LIMIT" a Constitutional Convention TO ONE ISSUE.
If you want one amendment, then you present an amendment.
You do not put the ENTIRE Constitution at risk for one amendment.
The only reason that Constitutional Convention is being promoted as the solution TO JUST ONE problem, is that the hidden agenda would be considered to be outrageous.
 
Unbelievably, one outlandish argument for writing a new constitution, is the fact that government has ignored the constitution that we have. We are supposed to assume that the government could not possibly ignore any newly written constitution.
  
If government ignores the constitution, and usurps power now, what would the government do if we let them write a new constitution? 
  
Maybe then the government would stop ignoring the constitution, and usurping power, because then they would have a new constitution that they do not need to ignore. That would be because that new constitution says that the government has all the power that there is.
  
A Constitutional Convention is not a procedure for enforcing existing law. If the problem is the ignoring of the constitution then ignoring of the constitution is what needs to be fixed. What would you do if a physician suggested a heart transplant because you have an upset stomuch? What would you do if a mechanic said to replace the motor when your car is simply out of gas?
 
These arguments are so stupid that we have to wonder if this is something more sinister than mere stupidity.
 
 
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "for a balanced budget". THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to return power to the states."
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to stop illegal aliens."
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to restore the right to keep and bear arms".
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to limit terms".
 
THERE IS only one kind of Constitutional Convention.
THE only kind of Constitutional Convention; that can be convened is a Constitutional Convention to write a new Constitution.
 
A Constitutional Convention is a legislative body;
which operates ABOVE the limitations of the Constitution.
This makes it more powerful, and MORE DANGEROUS, than any other legislative body.
This is not an opinion, but it if a fact of law.
A Constitutional Convention is a means of DESTROYING the American Republic. A Constitutional Convention is opening a "Pandora's box" for RADICAL change. Once the "genie is out of the bottle" no one can control it.
 
The last time that we had a Constitutional Convention was in 1787, when we got the Constitution that we now have.
 
That Constitutional Convention was convened to make some small changes in the Articles of Confederation. Instead we got a new Constitution.
We were LUCKY that time.
Those who were at that Constitutional Convention were the leaders of a freedom movement; which had just defeated a tyranny.
 
There is a claim that we would be safe because our current constitution says that ratification would be required by three fourths of the states. What if the new constitution does not say that?
The last time that we had a constitutional convention one of the first things that they did was change the rules for ratification that were in place under the Articles of Confederation. That is why ratification now requires three fourths of the states.
So here is the only precedent that we have for a consitutional convention:
They initially met to make a few limited changes in the Articles of Confederation. 
Then they threw out the Articles of Confederation and started over. They included changing the rules for ratification.
 
Now we are being told that the only thing that has ever happened previously, is what cannot happen!
 
Go down to your State House and talk with your current elected officials. Can you consistantly pass legislation that protects you from unconstitutional usurpation now? What is to stop them from again throwing the whole thing out, and again changing the rules for ratification?
 
Our problem has NOTHING to do with the constitution.
Our problem has to do with the IGNORING OF THE constitution.
Those who ignore the constitution would like nothing better than to make their usurpation legal, by throwing out the constitution, at a Constitutional Convention.
It was ILLEGAL usurpation that has enabled an "elite" class to hijack our nation.
It is that "elite" class; who want to con foolish people into destroying the constitution.
The constitution is the best document for the protection of freedom, that has ever been written.
We only need to adhere to it.
 
The act of calling for a Constitutional Convention will be presented as permission of the people. This is not a theory about their plans. It comes from their actual statements:

YES, The Founding Fathers saw a possibility of a situation,
where a need might arise for COMPLETELY SCRAPING THE CONSTITUTION.
That is not what has happened TODAY.
The only thing that has happened is that there is now a kabal of would be tyrants;
who are getting tired of OCCASIONALLY having to adhere to the constitution.  
These would be tyrants would like to con enough ignorant people into letting them DESTROY THE CONSTITUTION,
so that they can usher in totalitarianism.
 
Having a Constitutional Convention would be like letting your worst enemy give you a heart and lung transplant, and a castration, as a cure for hiccups.
 
Having a Constitutional Convention would be like burning the house down as a means of accomplishing pest control.
 
Article V of The Constitution lays out the only two ways to change The Constitution:
 
1.  The Amendment process: A specific, and clearly defined, change that is limited to what is written in the amendment.
 
2.  The Constitutional Convention: A process to scrap the entire constitution and replace it with something else. ANY type of amendment can be considered.

Here is a clear statement of the difference between the effect of The Amendment process and calling for a Constitutional Convention:

We understand that there are those who want to destroy the American constitution. We also understand that it would be foolish for those thugs to admit that it is their goal to destroy the American constitution. It would be much more clever if those thugs were to claim that they only wanted to make a few small changes. Of course, if it was true that they only wanted to make a few small changes, then they would not need a Constitutional Convention. They would simply propose those amendments.
 
Imagine this scenario:
You wake up in the middle of the night to a noise in your living room.
You grab your gun, and you find two thugs loading bags full of valuables.
You hold the gun at the ready.
One of the thugs says:
"Now that is a really fine gun. But you really need to clean it. Why not hand it over to me, and I will clean it for you."
The other thug says
"Oh there is nothing to worry about. If you do not like the way he uses the gun then of course you can insist that he give it back!" 
 
You would say "How stupid do you think I am?"
 
If someone suggested handing over your gun to a mugger, after instructing him on all the rules that he must follow after he gets your gun, wouldn't you question his motives? It is not rocket science. 
 
When we see someone asking us to hand over the gun of a constitutional convention, we must conclude that he is one of two things:
    1. He is an unbelievably stupid fool
OR
    2. He is a thug, with an ulterior motive, who thinks that the WE are unbelievably stupid.
 
There is a limit to the amount of time for which it is possible to assume that this is an unbelievably stupid suggestion, being made because of mere stupidity. Eventually it will become clear that we are dealing with a thug, with an ulterior motive, who thinks that the WE are unbelievably stupid.
IT WILL BE JUST AS EASY to ignore a new constitution as it is to ignore the one that we have now.
 
IT just will NOT BE NECESSARY to ignore a new constitution,
since it will say what the New World Order wants it to say.
 
The problem is not what the constitution SAYS.
The problem is what OUR GOVERNMENT DOES.
We need to change what OUR GOVERNMENT DOES.
We do not need to change what the constitution SAYS, other than repealing the 14th, 16th and the 17th amendments.
 
Constitutional Convention is perceived as a means of restoring power to the states. Yet it is possible to achieve this without writing a new constitution.

Rep. Walton McLeod tried to filibuster, and obfuscate the issue, by making personal attacks on one of the people, who spoke in favor of the bill. Rep. Walton McLeod asked the speaker where he had grown up. When the speaker answered that he had grown up in Louisiana, Rep. Walton McLeod proceeded to attempt to change the discussion to the subject of Louisiana law. A Constitutional Convention is not a procedure for making a small change.
A Constitutional Convention is not a procedure for enforcing an existing law.
A Constitutional Convention is a procedure for giving us an ENTIRELY NEW Constitution.
THERE IS NO WAY TO "LIMIT" a Constitutional Convention TO ONE ISSUE.
If you want one amendment, then you present an amendment.
You do not put the ENTIRE Constitution at risk for one amendment.
The only reason that Constitutional Convention is being promoted as the solution TO JUST ONE problem, is that the hidden agenda would be considered to be outrageous.
 
If government ignores the constitution and usurps power now, what would we have if they could write a new constitution? 
 
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "for a balanced budget". THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to return power to the states."
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to stop illegal aliens."
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to restore the right to keep and bear arms".
THERE IS NO SUCH THING as a Constitutional Convention "to limit terms".
 
THERE IS only one kind of Constitutional Convention.
THE only kind of Constitutional Convention; that can be convened is
a Constitutional Convention to write a new Constitution.
 
A Constitutional Convention is a legislative body;
which operates ABOVE the limitations of the Constitution.
This makes it more powerful, and MORE DANGEROUS, than any other legislative body.
This is not an opinion, but it if a fact of law.
A Constitutional Convention is a means of DESTROYING the American Republic. A Constitutional Convention is opening a "Pandora's box" for RADICAL change. Once the "genie is out of the bottle" no one can control it.
 
The last time that we had a Constitutional Convention was in 1787,
when we got the Constitution that we now have.
 
That Constitutional Convention was convened to make some small changes in the Articles of Confederation. Instead we got a new Constitution.
We were LUCKY that time.
Those who were at that Constitutional Convention were the leaders of a freedom movement;
which had just defeated a tyranny.
 
Our problem has NOTHING to do with the constitution.
Our problem has to do with the IGNORING OF THE constitution.
Those who ignore the constitution would like nothing better than to make their usurpation legal,
by throwing out the constitution, at a Constitutional Convention.
It was ILLEGAL usurpation that has enabled an "elite" class to hijack our nation.
It is that "elite" class; who want to con foolish people into destroying the constitution.
The constitution is the best document for the protection of freedom,
that has ever been written.
We only need to adhere to it.
 
YES, The Founding Fathers saw a possibility of a situation,
where a need might arise for COMPLETELY SCRAPING THE CONSTITUTION.
That is not what has happened TODAY.
The only thing that has happened is that there is now a kabal of would be tyrants;
who are getting tired of OCCASIONALLY having to adhere to the constitution.  
These would be tyrants would like to con enough ignorant people into letting them DESTROY THE CONSTITUTION,
so that they can usher in totalitarianism.
 
Having a Constitutional Convention would be like letting your worst enemy
give you a heart and lung transplant, and a castration,
as a cure for hiccups.
 
Having a Constitutional Convention would be like burning the house down
as a means of accomplishing pest control.
 
Article V of The Constitution lays out the only two ways to change The Constitution:
 
1.  The Amendment process: A specific, and clearly defined, change that is limited to what is written in the amendment.
 
2.  The Constitutional Convention: A process to scrap the entire constitution and replace it with something else. ANY type of amendment can be considered.
 
Here is a clear statement of the difference between the effect of The Amendment process and calling for a Constitutional Convention:
 
"If you have the best automobile in the world, you don't throw it away if the carburetor is not working. You fix it," he said. "The same is true of the Constitution. That's what the amendment process is all about."

We understand that there are those who want to destroy the American constitution. We also understand that it would be foolish for those thugs to admit that it is their goal to destroy the American constitution. It would be much more clever if those thugs were to claim that they only wanted to make a few small changes. Of course, if it was true that they only wanted to make a few small changes, then they would not need a Constitutional Convention. They would simply propose those amendments.
 
Imagine this scenario:
You wake up in the middle of the night to a noise in your living room.
You grab your gun, and you find two thugs loading bags full of valuables.
You hold the gun at the ready.
One of the thugs says:
"Now that is a really fine gun. But you really need to clean it. Why not hand it over to me, and I will clean it for you."
The other thug says
"Oh there is nothing to worry about. If you do not like the way he uses the gun then of course you can insist that he give it back!" 
 
You would say "How stupid do you think I am?"
 
When we see someone asking us to hand over the gun of a constitutional convention, we must conclude that he is one of two things:
    1. He is an unbelievably stupid fool
OR
    2. He is a thug, with an ulterior motive, who thinks that the WE are unbelievably stupid.
 
There is a limit to the amount of time for which it is possible to assume that this is an unbelievably stupid suggestion, being made because of mere stupidity. Eventually it will become clear that we are dealing with a thug, with an ulterior motive, who thinks that the WE are unbelievably stupid.
IT WILL BE JUST AS EASY to ignore a new constitution as it is to ignore the one that we have now.
 
IT just will NOT BE NECESSARY to ignore a new constitution,
since it will say what the New World Order wants it to say.
 
The problem is not what the constitution SAYS.
The problem is what OUR GOVERNMENT DOES.
We need to change what OUR GOVERNMENT DOES.
We do not need to change what the constitution SAYS.

Census and Your Rights

Now here is something that is strange:
Is it not true that in order to bring a criminal charge against a citizen they must advise him that he has the right to remain silent?
How does that work when they are arresting a citizen for remaining silent?
 
Will they also advise you of the fact that you have a right to a trial by a jury of your peers? How many jury trials can the feds conduct?
 
Wikipedia says that  there are 308,858,000 of us. If 1% of us ask for a jury trial that would be 3.08 million jury trials. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_population
 
Will they tell the jurors that they have the right to judge both the facts of the case and ALSO TO JUDGE THE LAW?

If you get to the point of a jury trial, you will have the right of "Voir Dire". Do a Google search on this term. "Voir Dire" means the you have the right to question prospective jurors.
You might want to ask the jurors if they were required to swear that they would follow the judges instructions even if they disagree with them. If jurors are required to follow the judges instructions, why is there a jury present, other than to create the illusion that there has been a jury trial?
You might want to ask the jurors if they have ever sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.
If you have never sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States you might consider doing so now.
You might want to ask the jurors what they would do if the judge instructed them to violate their previous oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.  
By the way, the judge has also sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. You might need to remind him of that. You might want to think about what you will do if he violates that oath. You might need to study up on the ramifications of a judge asking someone to violate an oath.

Are you required by law to answer all the questions on the 2010 Census forms?  What are the potential fines if you decide not to?

Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States requires that an "enumeration" shall be conducted every ten years "in a manner as [Congress] shall by law direct."  The 14th Amendment to the Constitution states that the enumeration shall consist of "counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed."

There have been no subsequent amendments to the Constitution giving Congress the authority to require an enumeration of the number of bedrooms or toilets in your house.

The first question of the 2010 Census asks, “How many were living in this house, apartment, or mobile home on April 1, 2010?”  For those who support and defend the Constitution of the United States this is where the census form should end.

But, what are the implications for the person who wishes to take a stand against the encroachments of his unalienable rights by the ever growing bureaucracy of our central government?  What if you refuse to fully comply?

The census form American are about to receive in the mail, or the census workers who may appear at the doors of American homes with their GPS devices, should be able to reference only the following from Title 13 the US Code:

TITLE 13 - CENSUS
CHAPTER 7 - OFFENSES AND PENALTIES
SUBCHAPTER II - OTHER PERSONS

Sec. 221. Refusal or neglect to answer questions; false answers

-STATUTE-
  (a) Whoever, being over eighteen years of age, refuses or
    willfully neglects, when requested by the Secretary, or by any
    other authorized officer or employee of the Department of Commerce
    or bureau or agency thereof acting under the instructions of the
    Secretary or authorized officer, to answer, to the best of his
    knowledge, any of the questions on any schedule submitted to him in
    connection with any census or survey provided for by subchapters I,
    II, IV, and V of chapter 5 of this title, applying to himself or to
    the family to which he belongs or is related, or to the farm or
    farms of which he or his family is the occupant, shall be fined not
    more than $100.
  (b) Whoever, when answering questions described in subsection (a)
    of this section, and under the conditions or circumstances
    described in such subsection, willfully gives any answer that is
    false, shall be fined not more than $500.
  (c) Notwithstanding any other provision of this title, no person
    shall be compelled to disclose information relative to his
    religious beliefs or to membership in a religious body.

This is the current US Code written expressively for conducting the US Census. 

However, we are dealing with a corrupt central government that claims the prerogative to interpret the law as it wishes.  This is how we have come to live under a regime that believes it can declare anyone an enemy combatant and torture them up to and including the point of death. 

Tsars and their apparatchiks in the US Census Bureau are not immune to this tendency operate with little to no regard for what the law actually says.   The US Census Bureau has given the indication that they intend to disregard what Title 13 clearly says about limiting a person's failure to fully comply to not more than a $100 fine — a small amount to risk for many who may wish to take a stand in defense of the Constitution and the limited powers it grants to the central government.

Under the explanation of the American Community Survey (formerly the Census long form) the US Census Bureau claims the following:

"The American Community Survey is conducted under the authority of Title 13, United States Code, Sections 141 and 193, and response is mandatory. According to Section 221, persons who do not respond shall be fined not more than $100. Title 18 U.S.C. Section 3571 and Section 3559, in effect amends Title 13 U.S.C. Section 221 by changing the fine for anyone over 18 years old who refuses or willfully neglects to complete the questionnaire or answer questions posed by census takers from a fine of not more than $100 to not more than $5,000."

At the bottom of its explanation, the Census Bureau provides a link to what should be the last word on the matter; Title 13 — the specific US Code for conducting the census as referred to in Article I, Section 2 of the Constitution.

The Census Bureau does not provide a link to Title 18, the US Code for federal crimes and sentences, by which the Bureau claims the fine for incomplete census questionnaires is "in effect" amended and raised to "not more than $5,000".

(In his recent commentary on the census Congressman Ron Paul has repeated this claimed potential fine of up to $5,000.) 

Could the Census Bureau just be flaunting a potential $5,000 fine threat to scare off those contemplating acts of non-compliance on their census forms?  Here are the pertinent excerpts from Title 18, that the Census Bureau references to support its claim that Title 13 has been amended by Title 18 ?  (emphasis added):

 TITLE 18 - CRIMES AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
    PART II - CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
    CHAPTER 227 - SENTENCES
    SUBCHAPTER A - GENERAL PROVISIONS

    Sec. 3559. Sentencing classification of offenses

-STATUTE-
  (a) Classification. - An offense that is not specifically
    classified by a letter grade in the section defining it, is
    classified if the maximum term of imprisonment authorized is -     (1) life imprisonment, or if the maximum penalty is death, as a
  Class A felony;

...(9) five days or less, or if no imprisonment is authorized, as
  an infraction.

(2) Exception. - With respect to a person convicted of a
  Federal offense described in paragraph (1), the court may impose
  any lesser sentence that is authorized by law to take into
  account any substantial assistance provided by the defendant in
  the investigation or prosecution of another person who has
  committed an offense, in accordance with the Federal Sentencing
  Guidelines and the policy statements of the Federal Sentencing
  Commission pursuant to section 994(p) of title 28, or for other
  good cause.

SUBCHAPTER C - FINES

    Sec. 3571. Sentence of fine

-STATUTE-
  (a) In General. - A defendant who has been found guilty of an
    offense may be sentenced to pay a fine.
  (b) Fines for Individuals. - Except as provided in subsection (e)
    of this section, an individual who has been found guilty of an
    offense may be fined not more than the greatest of -

   (1) the amount specified in the law setting forth the offense;

...(7) for an infraction, not more than $5,000.

(e) Special Rule for Lower Fine Specified in Substantive
    Provision. - If a law setting forth an offense specifies no fine or
    a fine that is lower than the fine otherwise applicable under this
    section and such law, by specific reference, exempts the offense
    from the applicability of the fine otherwise applicable under this
    section, the defendant may not be fined more than the amount
    specified in the law setting forth the offense.

No doubt there are more than a few federal legal counsels that will argue in favor of the Census Bureau's claim that their reading of Title 18 means that census officials can threaten Americans with up to a $5,000 fine if they refuse to answer all the bureau's prying questions.  The argument of the Census Bureau comes down to this though:   Though the rules the Census Bureau is authorized to operate under are clearly defined in Title 13 of the US Code, they believe that they can supersede the intent and will of the Congress on the grounds that a special rule applicable to sections in one Title of the US Code can be interpreted as an implied amendment to an unrelated Title of the US Code.    ("It's good to be King" is the shorter argument here.)

If the intent of Congress (not the US Census Bureau) is that Title 18 "amends" Title 13, then Congress needs to legally amend the law set forth in Title 13.   By injecting its intention to apply a section of Title 18 to override the clear statements made in sections of the unrelated Title 13, the US Census Bureau is "in effect" indicating that it intends to follow the lead of the IRS and other federal agencies to rule and intimidate the American public through their own arbitrary interpretation and enforcement of the law.

An American wishing to defend the intent of the Constitution, or simply their own privacy, against the census questionnaire should only have to be at risk of being assessed with up to  a $100 fine.   However, the Census Bureau, likely sensing growing opposition to its  extra-constitutional efforts,  is attempting to intimidate people with its contrived threat of up to a $5,000 fine.  

Are they just bluffing?  It probably depends on how many people call their bluff.

End Notes: There have been no pertinent changes to the above US Code cited since the 2000 census.  Amendments were made to Title 13 in 1976 which  struck out the provision authorizing imprisonment for not more than sixty days for refusing or willfully neglecting to answer questions and the provision for authorizing imprisonment for not more than one year for willfully giving a false answer to a question.  The last time the will of the Congress was tested then, deference was afforded to the side of the people.

Predicted Slander of Tea Party Movement Begins

Apparently this article was enough to make them recruit a "flunky" to take the heat for them.
 
There is an old adage that says: "If you are not catching flak, you are not over the target." Apparently the "Tea Party movement" has been hitting the target.
 
Well here it is:
 
MSNBC Host blows cork, Mark Williams walks off show

On Tuesday 03-01-2010, a nobody MSNBC host named Dylan Ratigan viciously exposed his hatred for the truth in an interview with  "Tea Party" leader Mark Williams.
Ratigan attempted to slander the Tea Party movement with a very old, and worn out tactic: accusing racism and anti-Semitism. 
Ratigan spewed continuous false innuendo trying never to let Mark Williams respond.  When "Tea Party" leader Mark Williams finally got a word in, he replied by commenting on the anti-Semetic remarks that had been allowed on MSNBC. 
Ratigan tried to get the sound man to cut off Mark Williams' microphone mid-interview.
 
After having his producer call Mark Williams at 6:30 in the morning, to get him on the show, Ratigan screamed "Your use of my show to spread your propaganda is offensive."
 
NOTHING THAT WE DO will ever stop the New World Order from using their very old propaganda tactic of accusing every effective adversary of racism and anti-Semitism. All that we can do is to expose the tactic:

"Members and front organizations must continually embarrass, discredit and degrade our critics … when obstructionists become too irritating, label them as fascist or Nazi or anti-Semitic … Constantly associate those who oppose us with those names that already have a bad smell. The association will, after enough repetition, become 'fact' in the public mind."
 
They will even try to have their own agents speak for us to create this illusion.

We learn who the most effective human rights activists are,
by seeing who the totalitarian government shills attack.
We learn who the totalitarian government shills are,
by seeing who attacks the most effective human rights activists.

They seem to have forgotten two very important concepts of warfare:

1. When the enemy is in range, so are you.

2. The Tea Party's best defense is an offense.

They also fail to understand that the Tea Party movement is not made up of a few "leaders". The Tea Party movement is the whole of the American people.
