Lindsey Graham speaks proudly about his abandonment of the Bill of Rights. In addition to denying the right to an attorney, Lindsey Graham is also openly advocates abolition of the right to a trial by jury, the right to be considered innocent until proven guilty, & the right to remain silent. All these rights are to be swept away by simply making accusations that need not be judged by any jury. He has also, at other times, advocated the suspension of Habeous Corpus.

Sen. Bright sponsored the Constitutional Carry Act of 2013. Constitutional Carry means that, within a given jurisdiction, carrying of concealed firearms is not restricted by law. When a state or other jurisdiction has adopted Constitutional Carry, it is legal for law-abiding citizens to carry a handgun, firearm, or other weapon concealed with or without an applicable permit or license.
Sen. Bright says “The Second Amendment says that our rights to have firearms cannot be infringed upon and that’s what the federal government is doing right now. If you want to change the Constitution, change the Constitution but the Constitution clearly says that those rights shall not be infringed, and once you have to have a permit to assert a right then you can start requiring people to have permits to speak and a lot of other things.” Requiring a permit to exercise a constitutional right, is the same as infringing the right. THIS IS HOW THE AMERICAN POLICE STATE LOOKS

 
This video shows police from the City of Cotati, California forcing their way into a private home, without a warrant, & then tazing the person, doing NOTHING TO RESIST, but filming the incident. Displaying utter disregard for the US Constitution, one of four police officers announces they will enter the home due to a domestic violence call, as the persons inside the house argue, "There is no domestic violence, just an argument with yelling,"
The only domestic violence was done by the cops.
Who will protect us from our protectors?
Police were reminded of sections of the Fourth Amendment that dictate probable cause and a warrant be obtained prior to police entering someone's home.
 
Around twenty seconds into the video, one of the officers is seen holstering either a firearm or a Taser.
 
The officer in charge next asks how many children are in the house, likely assessing the amount of psychological trauma that will soon be dealt out, before asking the persons inside the home why they're not coming out, to which the person filming answers, "Because we don't live in a police state, sir. Martial law has not been established in this country."
 
Ignoring the person's response, the officer tells the residents to get down on the floor with their hands behind their backs "because we're gonna kick the door."
 
What comes next is a chilling example of what could happen to anyone in any home in America if police are allowed unrestrained free rein.
 
Although difficult to pinpoint exactly why police found it necessary to invade the person's home and privacy, it can be assumed that the documented home invasion, constitutional violation and destruction of property would likely have never been brought to light if the person had not filmed the event.

The Cotati, Ca Police Department refuses to comment. You can Contact them at: (707) 792-4611. You will be told to read the article in the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, which interviewed the victims. The victims were James Wood with his wife Jenni Wood. Additional photos of their injuries were made at that interview on Wednesday, May 15, 2013.
 
James Wood is an Army veteran who, just last December, had returned to the country that he had been serving (after a year in Afghanistan).
 
James Wood commented: “This was the thought running through my head while I was scolding them for pointing weapons at unarmed civilians: if you want to point guns at people and kick in doors, I could talk to a recruiter and you all would be shipped away right quick.”

South Carolina is Considering Constitutional Carry of Firearms

On 3-20-13 John Perna spoke at SC State House, at a hearing on the Constitutional Carry Act of 2013. Constitutional Carry means that, within a given jurisdiction, carrying of concealed firearms is not restricted by law. When a state or other jurisdiction has adopted Constitutional Carry, it is legal for law-abiding citizens to carry a handgun, firearm, or other weapon concealed with or without an applicable permit or license. The scope and applicability of such laws or proposed legislation can vary from state to state.
Legislation was introduced in South Carolina in early 2012 to allow constitutional carry. Currently South Carolina issues concealed carry weapons on a shall-issue basis and open carry is illegal.

State Sen. Lee Bright (R-Spartanburg) has filed S. 115: The South Carolina Constitutional Carry Act of 2013, a bill that would make South Carolina the fifth state in the country to reassert the legal Constitutional or permit-less right to carry. At this time Alaska, Arizona, Vermont and Wyoming already allow residents to carry a firearm without a permit.

The Constitutional Carry Act of 2013 was reported out of committee favorably without a single dissenting vote.
Here Senator Bright tells us why Obama will never take the guns from the people of SC. He is supported in this by county councils, sheriffs, mayors, and police.
Free people can be armed. Slaves and prisoners can never be armed. EVERY SLAVE MASTER, AND EVERY TYRANT, ALWAYS DISARMS HIS VICTIMS. If a government does not trust its people to be armed, the people cannot trust their government. The famous "shot heard around the world" was fired when the British tried to take away the guns.
